- The Landry's Downtown Aquarium unveiled the Electric Eel Train on April 21st during their Party for the Planet. This new Electric C.P. Huntington Train is powered by a zero emissions, lithium-ion battery.
Can't wait for more of these to be made! Our zoo is currently studying the feasibility of getting electric trains to replace our current diesel-powered models.
I think a model similar to Lighting Run at Kentucky Kingdom would be a great addition to Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. Imagine Lighting Run, but designed for mountainous terrain. You should see if they are willing to invest within the next few years.
I wonder if story land will switch to these electric trains. Their c.p Huntingtons are currently the gas powered ones
Possible, although unlikely at the moment as the owner likes the current trains. This includes engine 2, which, since 2006, is the oldest operating C.P. Huntington.
@@davidng2336 if you ask me the chassie is the same as the other trains it just has an electric motor. They could also just replace some parts on the old trains and convert them to electric
