It took me 200 years to realize this. The reason why the Queen is so favourable of Baron while all other kings are not, is simply because she is in love with Baron. Just look at the gifts she sends without any reason while the other kings are just jealous. It's a whole romance story undercover.
The reason why the queen was angry despite you having troops there, is because you dropped them off after the time limit. Look at the info when you hover over their island. When they ask for the troops by the next raid, the mean the NEXT/current raid.

I don’t know if you noticed but the merchant ship brings more of a resource also based on how much you store. You had 20 stone stored at first and they brought 125 stone then you stored one and it went down to 120. Because they bring a buttload of charcoal because you store a lot.
Put wooden walls on all coastal blocks except one area, which will then become the bottleneck and have it be the only place they can land and heavily defend that area

I think the best way to defend against dragons is to build really tall ballista towers so that they can reach the dragons from long distances, it also works against the Vikings as well.
There is a system in place that will deplete the merchant's resources the more you buy of the same one. For example if you have bought stone for the last consecutive five times then the merchant will run out of that resource. It should replenish after some time. Prevents the player from abusing the merchant mechanic.

honestly, sending gifts is better than fulfilling bothersome request, just send them 20-50 gold + 5-10 wood every other time should be enough to change their view and increased your reputation
You need more ballistas and you need to close the small beach outside your walls where vikings keep landing, the one you said that you want them to land there and then walk and die walking but I don't think it's worth it. If you get the walls all the way to the water, I don't think vikings can even land so you wouldn't need towers there at all so defense expenditure can take budget cuts. Although, to be more specific, I think they still can land in the shallow water so to completely shut down a landing site, you'd need piers as far out as they can go and then walls there but if you don't go that far, you can still put the walls all the way to the water and while the vikings might still be able to land there, I'm guessing that they won't for as long as other viable landing spots remain open. Also, you need that fire brigade and do what you can to optimise things to save manpower so you can fill more jobs. Make sure that wherever there are farms, they are making their best possible output for example with windmills. Also, there is (at least was, should still be) with which you can transport resources from point A to point B, just like with the merchant ships but on land. Use that so your people don't have to carry things around as much so they save more time. Also also, I think I saw your iron mine run out a few episodes ago. Also also also, I'd like to see you put actual effort in to defending your allies, send over a few more troops (like 3 or 4 archer units and 1 melee squad -for each kingdom - to draw the enemies attention without actually engaging in combat with the melee unit) and then micro manage them to actually win battles.
Im pretty sure you can manually deliver the gift to the other king, in the lower right corner once you click the diplomats should be the deliver gift button
setting your stone storage super high will make more merchants come with more stone. lowering other storage of other items at the docks will make them bring less of those resources.
Give the purple kingdom like 30 stone (you can always buy more) to keep them happy. They have had a pretty big positive impact on your kingdom and it would be smart to keep them happy.
You can build alot of small hovels on your spare island and make it a poor people place until you solve the stone crisis it helped me alot when I play falle in this game
Turn off masons when your saving stone if you havent, build more fire dept and taller stone towers in pairs to maximize ballista range for help against dragons. Baron, you need to upgrade your viking and dragon defenses. Build some dragon slaying towers outside and inside(nearby the farms) the walls and build ALOT more archer towers
note the walls can't be six high on there own so you must build another next to it but you only need two connected towers to go up to the build Hight limit that is why i told you only to build two as stone expensive and rare
Hey Baron, in Stick War 3 the heroes (Xiphos, Kytchu and Atreyos) have different abilities if you user control them. Xiphos: Rage Kytchu: Volley/Archidon Rain Atreyos: "Stand In" Formation (only on Speartons)
You should make a dragon killing square with the dragon statue (Lord Nextrazlus in advanced town), which will make all dragons with a 20-block radius go to the location. Then, you could set up heavy ballistas around it which will kill the dragon(s).
I say strengthen the weak points,for example that place where your enemy was sending troops earlier in the series,if all the vikings landed there it would be safe to say your kingdom would defiantly suffer heavy losses and maybe lose.Also I suggest you start upgrading the outer walls to stone,this is because stone walls are fire proof being no more walls burning. Also I think if you cover all the outer lands with walls the vikings will have no ground to land on.This is only a theory though i do suggest you try it out.

I'm not sure, but if you destroy a structure, does it yield resources? If so, you should "repurpose" Gwonne to serve your stone needs.

May I suggest installing a "Phalanx CIWS" with a radar-guided 20 mm Vulcan rotary cannon, this should solve the dragon problem.

Baron try building docks that hold your stone and lock the stone in so people will not take the stone and you can save up for invasion.

Archers are more into defence not offense, that is why you have to keep them away is because they do not have any offensive skill on fighting.

you can land troops without being in an alliance, they send 3 envoys to tell you to get out before declaring war, plenty of time to invade
