Well drones aren't that popular here so we don't really have strict rules. Whatever applies in Europe applies here, but I doubt police will enforce it as much. Just fly with logic, don't fly/take off/land near people or buildings/houses and you will be fine. I'm sure you aren't allowed to fly near historical buildings like the Parthenon for example. But I've seen people fly from 1km away and got some nice shots. So just use logic and don't fly near policemen so you are sure you wont have any trouble.
You have to google the rules of carrying a drone on a plane. As far as I know you can carry a drone on a plane in Europe as long as you only carry TWO batteries. If you have 3-4 batteries, you can give the extra 1-2 batteries to a friend you're travelling with so he/she puts it in his/her bag. And the batteries have to be empty, NOT charged. But rules change all the time so I would suggest asking your airplane company about the rules just to be safe.
