Well for Hardmode, its just that in his universe, his human could choose the hardmode difficulty which makes all monsters stronger. For wonderful idea, its just Sans teaming up with Asgore and also Gaster trying to kill the human by using the 6 souls after.

So the damages are 110, 140, and 450. Why did one of the hard mode Sans' take way more damage than the KAB, and the other Hard mode?
The other hardmode is actually wonderful idea and hard mode take more damage probably because, the damaging system of each sans is still connected to their world so thats why hard mode takes 4x the damage, this is what i think
