In this video, I focus on how to find a promising host institution, supervisor, and research topic.
The shorter 20-min version was presented on 22 Apr 2021 at the Horizon Europe Info Day - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action Postdoctoral Fellowships - presentation of the successful Croatian MSCA fellows. It was organized by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.

Thank you, Tomislav, for this informative video! Please share you experience of coordinating your actions with your supervisor, while preparing the application. I have found a supervisor in the host organization but I am not sure how much I can engage her in the preparation process.
