I agree with some things but not all. to me I feel like a blurb at the beginning is unnecessary.
A) companies need to hire more recruiters -- stop being greedy B) many recruiters are lazy AFC) other recruiters are overworked D) many recruiters lack organizational skills E) this vid was intermediate info at best
For practical reasons, recruiting is not profit generating unit, why would companies go with what you want?
