12:02 that’s ninjago from the tournament of elements. Same set as the cool ninjago fig with good pieces for Mocs from earlier And I think the head is eyezor from the same set 15:42 is one of my favorite minifigs; bombur from the unexpected gathering. Loved that set as a kid. Funny enough, he’s probably the most valuable. Daphne and Fred come close nowadays though.
Hey, i have like 4 sealed scooby sets somewhere in my basement. Forgot about those. I think i have aleast 10yrs worth sealed lego down in my basement. Someone gonna make out like crazy at my estate sale lol
