I think you should just try and focus on what you are saying. Think of what God is telling you as you are praying and you can have music playing so you try to listen to the lyrics as you try to make your mind not wander. I hope this helps.

I'm strugglling with where to put my mind when I'm praying in the spirit. PLEASE HELP
I think you should just try and focus on what you are saying. Think of what God is telling you as you are praying and you can have music playing so you try to listen to the lyrics as you try to make your mind not wander.
I hope this helps.
I too have that problem sometimes and one of the strategies I use is I open my Bible to psalm and I would read out the word for awhile then I flow in prayer
