I bought one a year ago. The power on switch now has a bad connection and it sounds horribly muffled. But after 2 months with the horrible slow Logitech support they finally did send me a new one. I was even able to keep my old one.
Mountainpixel Oh. I haven't had them that long (one thing that is unfortunate, 3 weeks isn't long enough to test for product malfunctions.) Good to know though, I really hope that doesn't happen to my pair. It's good that it was resolved though.
Mountainpixel Sounds exactly like the situation I'm having with mine. Just over a year, and the power switch has to be wiggled for minutes until it finally maintains a stable sound without static. I didn't get the warranty either, so I'll have to throw down another $150 for a replacement :/
@God60117 The update that broke the left side's speaker? If so, same! I've been putting off talking to customer support about it though. It sucks because I just got this after _another_ one broke.
Excellent review man! Great camera work especially the outdoor shots. Well spoken and you spent just enough time to keep people interested in the subject. Good work!
@pig boner I've had my G633(just the wired version of this) for about 5 years and the only problems i have now is that the ear cups adjust by pulling them and that has gotten weak, causing sliding when i don't want it to, also, the connection at the headset has gotten messed up where ill lose sound every so often, especially if i bump it, and the last thing, you push the mic up to mute and I've done this over and over so many times that at this point the mic wont work unless its in a certain position, and got worse and worse until it just stopped working, hence why i'm on this video
and for reference, I ended up deciding on getting the Astro a40 TR since I've heard really good things time and time again about Astro. It was $130 and its WAAAYYY lighter is which is very nice, its much more comfortable. It took a little getting used to not having electronic sound cancelling, but only about a day to get used to it. Also, another thing with the a40 TR's, it doesn't get nearly as loud as my G633, but it gets loud enough, the G633 would get VERY loud, but that makes sense since they had the idea of being able to flip the earcups and use it as a speaker. a40 TR is definitely a good option, plus, I can take off the mic and it looks like normal high end headphones and can be used like it too, just 1 cord, the AUX cord, and that's it, instead of the G633 which was USB, so I really like being able to use them for things other than gaming. If anyone has any questions, just let me know
@@StaySolidSaucy-xp9jj I would, but its really personal preference, I would first look up all the features of both of them. I've had this headset for about a year now and a few things that might be worth mentioning is as follows: the swiveling parts have an annoying squeaking from the plastic parts rubbing at one another after a few months of usage, but this can be fixed with most kinds of oil lubrication. The volume control is in an awkward position since it can be flicked by accident if you have your hands behind your head while watching a move for example or if you have a pillow cushion on your chair like gaming chairs have. None the less i still highly recommend it to anyone looking for wireless headset with great sound quality and an affordable price. Oh and this might be important to some but the volume will not be as high as some might want. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty of volume, but if you're looking to deafen your self then this might be a bit under powered for that. In my opinion the volume limit is just perfect to save you from permanent damage to your ears and high enough to give you a banging experience while listening to dubstep. 9/10 the volume control position is the main problem

Great headset. You just need some patience because it's one you will most likely need to repair or do something with. Had to replace mine after about 8 months because the internal battery died permanently but they sent me a new one within a month. Everyone I know that has one has some sort of different problem with it but get it fixed with enough care and commitment. Those issues aside it's still the best headset I've ever had. I've had this headset (or technically this type since I got it replaced) for about 3 years I think; I got it when it was new. The sound quality is absolutely insane, especially with my eq settings. Gotta say I recommend it regardless of the trouble it regularly puts me through. Also if you use the surround I recommend the dts and not dolby, it seems to have much better sound quality as dolby just kills my sound quality and places things oddly. Personal preference, I suppose.
I swear by them. I think what pushed me over the edge was the extra aux input on the dongle. So even when I want music from other sources I can just jam a bluetooth dongle or aux cable in it and continue being completely wireless, and still have another input available for whatever reason I might need it.
Same. But do you still use it? Have had mine now for 3+ years and the on-off switch problem starts getting worse hence why I am searching for an alternative. Tho I hate DTS Surround Sound so I am searching for a new Dolby one. If you switched already, may I ask what your new headset is?

Definitely not the last one I'll ever need as I've been through 3-4 of em. Whatever is used to snap the on/off button in place wears away super quick and only lasts me around 5-6 months, it causes the audio to muffle, sound static and even sometimes not work on the right ear. Logitech give you a 5 year warranty, so maybe that should have been a red flag? Idk. Thank fuck it's easy to work with playtech (place I bought it from here in NZ) and I send it in and they send me back a new one that same week. Still, I think once my warranty runs out I'm going to avoid wireless headphones.
Only thing that annoys me is that i always need to press the reconnect button on the usb wireless adapter.. Sound is very good, mic is decent. RBG is nice? I dont use it. If you're looking for a nice headset, G933 would not disappoint u. Also u can use it on your gaming consoles.
I own the G933, really good audio and mic but after two years of use and a couple of drops onto carpet by my little brother, it’s lost quality on both audio and mic ;(
Thank you for the thoughtful review. An extra big thanks for sharing your battery life experience. I gained enough insight in this video to stop researching and pull the trigger on these headphones. Thanks again!
I've had the G933 for a little more than a month and they're heading back to Amazon tomorrow. Here's my issues: I started out being impressed with the battery life which was in the 7-8 hour range, but it's steadily gotten worse over the past month. Today was the final straw. I had plugged them up at 11pm last night and unplugged them at 6am. It's not 8:35am and I'm already down to 5%. Clarity is an issue. I consistently have pops and crackles while listening to movies or gaming. These are fairly sharp pops that are impossible to ignore. Reception is an issue. My tower is on the floor under my desk about 6 inches from my knee. I've got the dongle plugged into the top USB jack and I still have intermittent cuts of reception. If I turn my head to face away from my computer, I have a lot of static and they may even cut out. Oddly, I have been able to keep them on and stay connected on a different floor (about 10 vertical feet and 40 horizontal feet away) and even staying relatively clear. For the price, I was hoping they would be far better than they are. To be honest, I'm more impressed with the Corsair Void I had before I bought these. Amazon offered me replacement or refund..............3 guesses on which I'm way I'm going.
Thought I'd pop in with an update. I sent the G933 back to Amazon and picked up the SteelSeries Arctis 7 instead. They are fantastic headphones, but they're just not as comfortable as the G933. The G933 has a larger cushion and fit the head a bit tighter than the SteelSeries due to the little strappy thing on the SteelSeries. So, I kept the SteelSeries as my backup pair and got another G933. I have my computer tower under my desk and I found if I plugged in the G933's dongle under the desk, that's when I'd have the clarity problems. I ordered a USB hub to put on my desk and popped the dongle in there and haven't had clarity problems since. The battery is MUCH better on this set. I've been getting a consistent 8+ hours of continuous use out of this set for the 3 weeks I've had them. So far, I'm back to impressed with the G933. I've always been a fan of Ligitech's headphones just because I find them very comfortable and I'm very happy I was able to make these work out.
$120 effing dollars? Here in Australia, RRP is $299 and at MSY which usually has the cheapest prices u can find on most stuff, it's $269. Australia eh, getting raped by Logitech as always.
( sorry for my english as u can say below this is not my main language ) i can say the same as you for the couple week im using them . this is a major upgrade on my side i had a pair of hyperxcloud and my 3.5 jack on my motherboard fried and they were useless since then , i bought 4-5 jack to usb adaptator to fix that but none of them worked .i had to play pubg on my movie theater speaker lol was not great at all . i give the logitech a big 8/10 on the sound quality and maybe 6-7/10 for the build no major problem for now but i wish the plastic will last a couple of year
cooper nerf Yes you can turn off RGB (Actually saves battery life). And I'm not too sure, I don't have a PS4. I know you have to program them in the software so I'm guessing no. But there might be someone online that answers this.
I saw these for cheap on eBay so I searched the model and ended up here. Glad I did, this is an exceptional video review. I prefer it's delivery to most of the 1m+ sub reviewers. Keep up the good work. Liked and subbed.
Best sounding gaming headset I've had from Logitech. But I've gone through several G933 and G633, from headband padding peeling off, wireless not reconnecting to mics going out. I've learned to live with its flaws.
yeah the power button is shit after a few months, i have to mess around with it for like 5 minutes every time i switch it off and on again before i get clear audio
mine has to be hit and shaken to get both speakers working the battery doesnt hold charge and the foam is held on with double sided tape now ..... the faulty speakers is the biggest issue and the mic sometimes just mutes for fun
I've had these earphones for going on 3 years now. The headset itself is good. But the software team at logitech should be fired. The firmware never updates and constantly asks to be updated. and the headphones hardly work if you don't have the logitech hub installed. I've actually been telling people how great these headsets are because they are, unless you have to update software in which case they became hellishly bad. I'm fed up. What's worse is that you can't even take the query up with logitech because like all big tech companies their support is worse than useless, only this time, a chatbot. That asks you a bunch of questions then forces you to read really shitty, unrelated articles... like a retarded version of a search engine. I've been using Logitech for a long time but after the building frustration from using these headsets coupled by their horrendous support system - I won't be buying logitech again anytime soon
What is the best way to charge this headset? Does it have to be on to charge? I'm obviously doing something wrong. I let mine charge over night and the battery is dead. I've also replaced the battery, thinking that was the issue, but am frustrated to have the same result.
I Loved my G930 wireless issue I had with 3 separate pairs is the charging jack was somewhat cheap and after connecting and disconnecting over the course of a year it would get so loose the charger would just fall out and become impossible to charge. Hopefully they fixed that.
Bought one based on reviews, only to find out that I have had one for 4 months and replaced the battery twice so far, ludicrous! Looking for another headset now.
I Love how logitech has excellent quality in Europe, but in the US alot of rma, so i think thats why the cheaper ones stay in the US and the better quality ones (for which they make us pay about 150 Euro's) come to the right people
i have my second one and both had the same issue after a year or so ; the recharching plug goes fooked in the headphone and then it doesnt charge anymore . other then that they realy are very good
Hey all, ive got the G933 have had for about 8months now... sound quality is awesome!!! looks amazing!! but as far as reliability goes??? i suggest you google g933 problems.. constantly disconnecting and then reconnecting EXTREMELY annoying during those crucial gaming moments. also doesnt always show up in ghub which is frustrating. ive tried and tried to fix, BUT to no avail. i have updated to the latest realtek,re-installed ghub, re-installed firmware of the unit, but having to do this every gaming session isnt ideal. do yourself a favour and look for another headset. P.S i am not the only one having these issues it seems there iss an entire community witht these faults most having to resort to buying a new headset. FUCK the g933 and logiteck for not fixing!
Ive had them for about a year now, the only time ive had it disconnect and need to be reconnected was one time when i didnt turn them off first before removing the dongle for it. But your issue i have not experienced yet
Great review. ended up buying them based off of it. it was this or the wireless astros. we also used ur link to buy so hopefuly you get a kick back based off the link anyways keep up the hard work
Just picked up a set of G933's because my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chromas finally fell fully apart after 4.5 years of use and abuse. this is what I think about them: I have noticed though that when handling it, it feels very cheap. the plastic creaks and squeaks with any miniscule movement. They handle bass at high volume very badly as well. the bass boost preset in the software is basically unuseable past 70% windows volume with my music (songs like Slippery by Migos, bass boosted because I love bass) where my Razers were amazing at making my whole head vibrate when listening to music, with the bass boost turned on and a custom bass EQ. My final complaint is that the shiny plastic makes them look pretty much as cheap as they feel. For the original price of something liek $250 USD, these are a complete and utter rip off. However, for the current price of $130, I like them quite a lot, and I feel like my money was well spent. All in all a good set of cans if you can look past their flaws
@@bennett7995 I got them for over a month, and they are great. Maybe you need to get used to the weight they have, but I just have them at max so they don't hurt my head. I'm also wearing glasses and they are not causing me headache on the side of my head. Sound quality really great, and the 7.1 and DTS options from LGS is something else! Great battery, even tho I don't exceed the 30ish of the volume cuz I can't stand it being louder than that. I don't leave LEDs open, to save battery, I just turn them on when it's charging... It can sync with mouse and keyboard with some effects. Ah, and the microphone, comparing to the Blue Snowball I have has no comparison, but it's ok-ish for a plugged in one :-D I hope I helped
@@XruCouLiniSomerhalder Even though this comment is 1 year ago, do you still recommend them? Do you even still have them? ofcourse if you don't mind asking...
@@lerspacexyz5977 Hello, yes I still have them and they are very good. The pads are easily removed when you wanna wash them, the sound is clear, the software has ups and downs, but it's working great after you just search for a bit here and there. The battery without the LEDs on like 40-50% of the volume lasts for around 7hours. Just go for them :)
don't know why, but mine keeps doing some useless updates after i plug my usb in to charge the headset, the update is never doing anything new. Worst headset I've had there have been plenty of problems with these, so i don't recommend it that much.
+Oso 11 No, they work over a 2.4ghz wifi connection that uses the USB dongle to connect. They do not use the Bluetooth protocol like phones and earbuds do. Your phone would need a USB port.
I couldn't even get the Arctis 9x to connect to my Xbox or PC. Spent an hour troubleshooting. Maybe I got a faulty unit because my Arctis 7s have been great.
I've been using these for months now and love them. Very happy with the sound quality, comfort, and even battery life. The one thing I'm not happy with is the range. I live in a small 1 floor apartment. When I got these, if I even stepped out of my room (5 feet from my computer), I would lose connection. After a re-sync, I was able to get them to range to maybe 15 feet. Other wireless headsets I've used, I can use throughout my entire apartment, without any issues.
I know this video is old but it popped up in my recommended videos. I own this particular headset and like clockwork about every 3-4 months the power switch starts to fail. Then it requires turning it off and on again or jiggling the switch. I have had to file a warranty claim on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, because the g933 was itself a replacement for the g930 I had with the disintegrating brackets, I am no longer able to get a replacement. I will never buy another logitech headset again. Three of their headsets that I have owned over the last 4 years or so have had to be replaced. The g430 had the fragile brackets securing the headband to the cups, as well as the g930. This thing is total crapola.

The best headset for PC for the value, imo. ...until it breaks about 6 months later. Consistently (bought 3 so far ._.) The power switch does this thing where it fails to boot up the left speaker after a couple months.

I’ve gone through so many head sets. For music, video editing and gaming. The g933 are very comfortable. I could wear them 6+ hours at a time. Voice quality is great and sound is good enough. I prefer headphones with a lot a a bass. This doesn’t have a lot a bass. It does however have great surround sound. Build quality and battery life isn’t that great but they are still my favorite for gaming. Music and bass I’ll take the skull candy crushers. Also 3 way multi source is awesome! 👏
Bill DelCampo I don't have an Xbox to test them on but it's a USB dongle and advertised to work with the Xbox. Let me test them on a Mac and get back to you, but I'm going to guess that they work fine.
You cant use the USB dongle on the xbox. You need to use the AUX cabel connected to your controller. They arnt worth the money if your buying them just for an xbox, and no surround sound either
@@vthedevilini9401 exactly. It´s not worth it if only it pretend to play on a console, because it need the cable on it and only can play in stereo in adition. Are they good for ps4 and watching movies?
Exactly the kind of video I was looking for.
Thank you so much!
Live how this video turned out. Also, these headphones look awesome.
Are those problems people are talking about because of the wireless part? And can it work with a normal aux ?
Thank you for the thoughtful review. An extra big thanks for sharing your battery life experience. I gained enough insight in this video to stop researching and pull the trigger on these headphones. Thanks again!
I've had the G933 for a little more than a month and they're heading back to Amazon tomorrow. Here's my issues:
I started out being impressed with the battery life which was in the 7-8 hour range, but it's steadily gotten worse over the past month.
Amazon offered me replacement or refund..............3 guesses on which I'm way I'm going.
i have them too, battery is the succ, but the other problems are unknown to me
Thought I'd pop in with an update.
In harvey norman brisbane online i saw them for $209 20% off. Im guessing they’re more expensive here because they’re made overseas
i just ordered a pair forr 179.99 CAD
( sorry for my english as u can say below this is not my main language ) i can say the same as you for the couple week im using them . this is a major upgrade on my side i had a pair of hyperxcloud and my 3.5 jack on my motherboard fried and they were useless since then , i bought 4-5 jack to usb adaptator to fix that but none of them worked .i had to play pubg on my movie theater speaker lol was not great at all . i give the logitech a big 8/10 on the sound quality and maybe 6-7/10 for the build no major problem for now but i wish the plastic will last a couple of year
I just got a crappy headset and getting the g933s for christmaas
K9 Baboon | The G933 is currently on sale at JB-HiFi for $199 until January 9 2019. Let whoever is buying it for you to take advantage of that :)
Got sent one of these from a gaming mate, shat bricks when it rocked up. Killer headset
Another 2 quick questions.
1. Are you able to turn the RGB off?
2. Are the buttons programmable for the ps4 for game and party chat?
cooper nerf Yes you can turn off RGB (Actually saves battery life).
And I'm not too sure, I don't have a PS4. I know you have to program them in the software so I'm guessing no. But there might be someone online that answers this.
Tech Infusion alright, thanks again 🤝
Really nice, well produced review. Thanks!
Thank you Andrew!
Whats the charge time on them? havn't found any information on that.
2-3hrs
@@WeKiIISuckas thanks mate!
Is there a head phone Jack that can goes into mobile so you can use it for your phone as well. I am looking to buy one
there is one and you can do the wireless to pc/console and the cord to the phone
marck V apparently it falls off a lot, is that true?
Ive had it for a year now and it never happens to me, I use it with my switch and the pc/phone
Emmanuel Aushana no I've used it for maybe 1.5 years and the only problem is that a software update killed my mic
does it come with an aux port? i want to be able to listen to my PS4 and listen to things in the back ground on my laptop
Yes it has an aux port
Tech Infusion alright thank you! And thanks for the quick reply too!
I loved those broll shots! Nice work!
Tekspert Thank you!
mine has to be hit and shaken to get both speakers working the battery doesnt hold charge and the foam is held on with double sided tape now ..... the faulty speakers is the biggest issue and the mic sometimes just mutes for fun
i got a new headset and i was wondering if you knew how to connect the usb to the new headset
I bought this headphone, after watching ur video. Its great on my Ps4.
Is the battery something easy to find or it's only designed by Logitech for this headphone and they are the only one who can provide such battery?
I've also replaced the battery, thinking that was the issue, but am frustrated to have the same result.
what to do to avoid the firmware loop?
I Loved my G930 wireless issue I had with 3 separate pairs is the charging jack was somewhat cheap and after connecting and disconnecting over the course of a year it would get so loose the charger would just fall out and become impossible to charge. Hopefully they fixed that.
Bought one based on reviews, only to find out that I have had one for 4 months and replaced the battery twice so far, ludicrous! Looking for another headset now.
that makes no goddamn sense
Can these be used as a wired headset without the bluetooth dongle, or is that required? ie: does the USB cable only charge?
I just got mine today and my friend says I cut out and sound like a robot help?
I would contact Logitech support and maybe get a replacement.
It's fine for 2 seconds then it cuts out
What is your favorite headset?
Audio Technica ATH-M30X
Razer Kraken 7.1 v2
This! Logitech G933!
Logitech g933.. fits my head, ears and requirments!
The Logitech 933 I wish I could afford them
I Love how logitech has excellent quality in Europe, but in the US alot of rma, so i think thats why the cheaper ones stay in the US and the better quality ones (for which they make us pay about 150 Euro's) come to the right people
i have my second one and both had the same issue after a year or so ; the recharching plug goes fooked in the headphone and then it doesnt charge anymore . other then that they realy are very good
Whenever I record a video with the microphone with this headset I hear a static noise and its annoying. Is there a way to make it quiet? Please help
Very well made video. But the headset's audio is below decent I would say. shame. And with 40mm drivers such a great sound?
good headset but restarts all the time when charging tried doing updates and firmware stuff but no fix
me too. fucking sucks
But your issue i have not experienced yet
found a pair of these in a bing lee (aussie store) for around $299 really good price, even my 60ish y/o mom was imperessed
if thats u.s.d.(murica bucks) i feel sad. brand new official price is $199 in murica bucks

Great review. ended up buying them based off of it. it was this or the wireless astros. we also used ur link to buy so hopefuly you get a kick back based off the link anyways keep up the hard work
Are you able to listen to music from your phone as well with the game sound at the same time?
Im pretty sure the headset uses a usb port to connect to your computer, I don't think it's a bluetooth headset.
How do you turn the lights on??
Just picked up a set of G933's because my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chromas finally fell fully apart after 4.5 years of use and abuse. this is what I think about them:
I have noticed though that when handling it, it feels very cheap. the plastic creaks and squeaks with any miniscule movement.
Thanks for the good review, I just ordered them and hope that I will like them as much as everyone else who owns them
ΧρυΣουλίνι do you like them? Really close to ordering some :)
@@XruCouLiniSomerhalder Well... Thanks for responding xD really man much appreciated! I'll probably be going to buy them since I got a good deal!
don't know why, but mine keeps doing some useless updates after i plug my usb in to charge the headset, the update is never doing anything new. Worst headset I've had there have been plenty of problems with these, so i don't recommend it that much.
Hi. Can i use this on my iphone and play music?
You can with the Aux cable that comes with it.
8 hours is what I am getting. vold pro I was getting 5 hours longer.
Im so glad I bought it, while I was watching this I smiled
Yo how does sidetone sound? I want to be able to hear my self speak but lots of ppl say it's really quiet on this headphone
Hey just a question the: is the Logitech g633 the exact same as the g933 but a wired version or it has different features and sound and mic qualitites
+Adnan Khalil Yes they're the exact same.
Thx for your quick reply just subscribed
Do they provide the option to use them wired ?
It says xbox on the box then doesn't work wirelessly on xbox, also when you plug it in you have to power it on or the mic won't work.
Your slow stay in school
hopefully these are still holding up. needed some wireless.
can I use these with a phone as normal bluetooth headsets?
+Oso 11 No, they work over a 2.4ghz wifi connection that uses the USB dongle to connect. They do not use the Bluetooth protocol like phones and earbuds do.
Your phone would need a USB port.
The Steel Series Arctis 9x in my opinion is pretty much the top of the line, withe Senheisser gsp600 right behind them.
I couldn't even get the Arctis 9x to connect to my Xbox or PC. Spent an hour troubleshooting.
Maybe I got a faulty unit because my Arctis 7s have been great.
Great quality reeview! You just earned a sub.
how much does those earcups cancel noise and are they still worth in 2018?
Great video man! Now i wanna buy them! To answer your question, this is my new fav headset.
same
Will the audio settings with the Logitech thing on PC carry over to console?
That’s what I’ve been dying to find out! Did you ever have any luck figuring it out?
@tristan tucker that’s what I’ve been dying to find out! Any luck figuring it out?
I've been using these for months now and love them. Very happy with the sound quality, comfort, and even battery life. The one thing I'm not happy with is the range. I live in a small 1 floor apartment. When I got these, if I even stepped out of my room (5 feet from my computer), I would lose connection. After a re-sync, I was able to get them to range to maybe 15 feet. Other wireless headsets I've used, I can use throughout my entire apartment, without any issues.
Good point. I have had the same issue. (about 10 ft) forgot to mention this in the video.
1 year old and they say they are charged and stop flashing but when i use them die after 20 min not happy jan
I’m looking for wireless headphones, would you recommend these?
Still a great headset in 2021, I love it
Does this mic beep once when you flip the boom mic up? I used to have some F540s that I bought a LONG time ago and I loved that feature.
PrettyGoodShot yes
Can you use it on a PS4???
Hi are these 7.1 Dolby digital?? If they are I’m going to purchase them now :)
They are it says it in many links. Yes they are 7.1. If you guys do buy them, I'd really appreciate you using the link in the description. It gives me a little kickback to help the channel :) thanks for watching guys and let me know if you have any other questions
Tech Infusion is the 7.1 supported on the PS4 tho? That’s the only thing stopping me from buying them :)
It does not work on PS4 or Xbox. The 7.1 Surround is driven by the Logitech software on PC this, it won't work with consoles unfortunately.
Tech Infusion that’s such a shame. I recently sold my Astro a50’s as they weren’t for me. Could you recommend a headset for PS4? Thanks :)
How does it sound with surround sound turned off?
The best headset for PC for the value, imo.
...until it breaks about 6 months later. Consistently (bought 3 so far ._.) The power switch does this thing where it fails to boot up the left speaker after a couple months.
Seems like you don't take care of your stuff,, had mine a year no issues once so ever. Best mic I've had in a long time.
Sound wise what's better stealth 700 or these?
What lens do you use?
The Sony G f4.0 / 18-105
Yo dude did u check real wireless range ? I was wondering can I go other rooms without disconnect
Durukan Çelik hey I own a pair, they’re capable of being connected at nearing rooms with ease. For more distant rooms, it struggles a bit.
I@m sick of using cheap shite as my last £20 headset snapped, I'm now looking for a more reliable long term headset and i think this might be the one.
Such an excelent review!! Thanks!!
My problem.is even not on the internet i cant turn off my headphones its using battery even when its off and while charging the lights going crazy even when i set them off and then the fukin conection problem ouhh....
No this headset is not the best of its kind, Avoid at all costs. 2nd time I've had a issue in a year. And I'm a content creator.
i wish id seen this comment 8 months ago! this headset is a pain in the fucking ass!
It's basically a Logitech G35 with a better design and its wireless. I'd still go with the G35 as it's cheaper.
I'm glad I bought this it's awesome!!! And it's also wire/wireless both
So you can connect it to your pc using a wire?
My mic volume level is very low how do I fix that
Logitech g430 or Logitech g933 or cloud core ??
How do you get them to work with xbox 1?
Use with Logitech app ( sound better) and download fx sound equalizer and enjoy :) great headset
Curious how easy they are to use with Xbox 1? And do they work on Mac?
Bill DelCampo I don't have an Xbox to test them on but it's a USB dongle and advertised to work with the Xbox. Let me test them on a Mac and get back to you, but I'm going to guess that they work fine.
You cant use the USB dongle on the xbox. You need to use the AUX cabel connected to your controller. They arnt worth the money if your buying them just for an xbox, and no surround sound either
@@vthedevilini9401 exactly. It´s not worth it if only it pretend to play on a console, because it need the cable on it and only can play in stereo in adition. For these reasons, in my opinion, there are many best headphones and more cheapers. Only are ideals if it plays on a pc too or exclusive, because it´s build for a pc in reality and it will be take advance properly.
I got G633 Artemis...how does this compare?
The mic on the G633s are so much better
Ahmad Shumayal They are the same hradsets. One wired and the other wireless
Please someone tell me that it has a control of gaming and chat volume separately?
Great video 😍 you just gained a subscriber
Love this headset, but battery life is slowly degrading after abuse after 3 years.
So i just ordered a new battery and earpads from Logitech website.
No need for an account with paypal payment option.
Works for many hours, but i want full 12 hour back.
