Black and White is probably my favorite era and the one I started collecting during. The fact that hits are rare makes you appreciate them much more.

I remember as a kid wanting this box SOOOOOOO bad because Metagross/Mega Metagross is probably my favorite Pokémon, but I didn’t have the money at the time and I’m regretting it so much. I might have to look into buying the promo cards from this box if they’re not too expensive.

I love it when pokerev opens up the x y sets. Brings back memories from when I was 6 and opened x and y. Sucks that when I was nine I stopped collecting until sun and moon burning shadows and I got rid of my x and y cards. Especially my full art Umbreon EX

Metagross has always been one of my favorite Mons back in Emerald. Love the look of the X and Y cards. The art work makes them feel older then they are.
Never really cared much about pokemon until the X and Y era when I started collecting, but the Black and White cards are insane and probably my favorite apart from maybe the Gen 1 cards!

Wow. I remember buying this box long ago because Steven Stone is my favorite champion. I still have the promo cards. Only thing is I would have preferred if the mat had Metagross art instead of just having it's name written in big letters. They also released a M Salamence version of this if I remember.

I started collecting in the XY era with my brother and friends. I remember pulling the cards for how they were meant to be pulled... for the use of playing and using them. I remember being so excited pulling a tyrantrum because of how powerful and playable the card was. I was never sad to not pull an EX or mega, even tho those were cool af. Interesting how valuable the cards are now.

XY erav is good, however Evolutions is in the top 3 sets for me. All the OG cards that bring me back to my childhood but at the same time it doesn't break the bank opening them.
