The MOT station stole your spider. It was on the roof all the way there but was gone for the trip home.
What started as simply watching a bloke do a restoration project on UA-cam has turned into many hours of watchable enjoyment for thousands of people. I think its fair to say that many of us have taken TWC to our ❤😍😘. What a little babe!

That’s real good you saved that wonderful piece of you’re motoring history, that lovely little vehicle deserved to be saved by you & it was sort of sad to seen it languishing in that paddock for all those years, so very well done another old vehicle that goes on & lives again in the world! I knew a bloke who worked on these when I was a kid - a little place over the road from the dog track/stock car and banger racing stadium in Wimbledon. I also knew Dotty, a lovely lady who had one of these cars. Dotty rolled one of those Invacars into a ditch at high speed and came out unscathed. She traveled the UK driving her little blue motor all over the place from John O'Groats to Lands End, sometimes at breakneck speed for one of those little three-wheelers. Anyway, Dotty had an indomitable spirit and wouldn't let her disability get in her way. She was a legend and we loved her. Just saying

I can remember squeezing in and crouching down next to the seat as a kid in one of these with an old family friend. Needless to say it was most uncomfortable but I was grateful I couldn't be seen even as a kid. Lol.

So you're coming to Goodwood, my neck of the woods, well sort of, it's just north of Chichester, about 25 miles from me, be prepared for the roads to be rather busier (but straighter) than Wales! 😉

Well TWC has certainly come a long way, from lying unloved in a field to flying around Wales and beyond. Good to see that the drive belt issue maybe behind you now (no pun intended). Certainly TWC seemed to cope with that precipitous hill in the video. Good too to see progress on the Fox look forward to seeing that back on the road as well. Cheers

My grandfather drove his Invacar from Liverpool to Bilbao and back in 1963. He complained at the cost of the trip - £50. The story was published in the Liverpool Echo; I still have the cutting.

Congratulations on your fresh MOT! Always good to know the car passes. Indeed that's the first rule of safety, for yourself to know that.
But I tell you also women laugh at you when you drive an old Tagora with terrible paint and rustspots. This afternoon I had a nice conversation with a guy in Belgium (Essen, just over the Dutch border, where fuel is 23 Eurocents cheaper then in the Netherlands, the Tagora likes Euro 98, with maximum 5% Ethanol in it) he owned a Talbot Horizon in the past, and wished me good luck with the Tagora. It was a nice guy which clearly recognised that the Tagora was very rare indeed.
Remember, this is how I found you Ian. Dragging TWC out the field. Once upon a time, I did 20,000 miles a year, mainly for pleasure. Last year, around 3000. Just to put your 2000 miles into perspective 😊👍
Can't believe it's been a year already! TWC now seems to be running and driving an absolute treat! And yes, cheesecake is always a good idea.
