Such an underrated part of her game since she's so offensive. When Serena's playing offense & defense well, that's when she's playing at her best. You hit what you think is a winner, she'll get it back with interest. Leave a ball short, she's gonna make you pay. It's as if her opponents can't breathe on the court!

I have been watching these younger players and It just really isn't as exciting anymore without Serena Williams on the court.
Agility like this in the play of Serena is what is lacking in her game now as she ages. That's what is stopping her from attaining the elusive record equaling Grand Slam win. Her movement isn't the same anymore. Thank you Serena, for the quality sports entertainment you provided. The GOAT!

Her defense is overlooked, probably because her playing style is so aggressive and she has so many offensive weapons. When she was very fit and leaner, in the early 2000s, she was especially effective when retrieving. One of the fastest players ever.

Monica Seles started to change the tempo of women tennis with her hustle & aggressive style. Serena added rocket fuel to her game as she was always aggressive & was determine to succeed. A rell predador on the courts & never another like her in a looooooooong time to come.
These are the games that kept me rooted to the TV set when Serena is playing. I am looking forward to at least one more game, set and match before you hang up your tennis racket Serena, good luck.

Both. But the eliptical over the treadmill for Strength & endurance minimal impact and injury. Keeps your arms moving too for the tennis swing. 3 hours a time.

Yes, three hours go by fast. Pray, watch the news, listen to an audible book , watch a movie. It will increase endurance. Start at the least resistance gradually increase resistance. Get an industrial eliptical like what are used at the gym. Use your tippy toes don't plant your feet. Can you see how that will help with running up and down that tennis court?
