- New Balance gives us another new silhouette with the XC-72. Despite the intricate name, this is a solid new release from NB. This colorway is draped in a hairy suede material all over, with full 3M panels on both medial and lateral sides. In this video we take a closer look at this new silhouette.

These shoes are really nice on the eye. Gonna try get these in the U.K., I came across the shoe in google and quickly typed into google to see a review and found your video mate! I usually only wear fly knit type material shoes, never bought new balance before

this colorway is actually nicer than the recent casablanca collab I would say. reminds me of the vaporwaffle, I definitly need those!
The casablanca collab is horrible
I have the vintage orange colorway, they look good but they're not comfortable. That's why I replaced the insoles with reebok memory foam

So I too want the Casablanca (all white with yellow/green tongue) and I did see a review to go a full size down. If I want these to fit like vans or tts should i do .5 or full size down?
Do you have any NB 550s? I go size 8 in those and the xc72 and that fits true to me
This video would have been a review of the Casablanca colorway, but NB wasn't allowing returns on that CW for some reason. Pretty wack, but I'm happy with these.

Is it warm enough for winters?
Because of the fabric down the toebox you def don't wanna get these wet. You should be good if dry but it's as warm as your regular leather trainer
Those shoes would have been amazing if the heel wasn’t so awful. I still might get them though lol
