When Prizren was founded and populated by Albanians over a thousand years ago the Ottomans were still in Mongolia. 13:17 That is not Ottoman architecture, that is Byzantine, you can compare it to the 14th century Holy Trinity church in Berat and the 13th century Church of St john in Ohrid. It's not weird, it's as European as it gets. The Turks were nomads, they had no architecture, Ottoman architecture is essentially a continuation of Byzantine architecture.
