Creme brulee is a dessert made with cream and the sugar on top is 'burned' with a torch to give it a nice burned flavor similar to scorched marshmallows. .

Steph brûlée is a French custard dessert, crème brûlée. It has caramelized sugar on top that hardens. It’s delicious!! 🤗 It is a must to have in Paris whenever you go visit this country but also pretty easy to make at home. Great video!
