Mother Earth is a great healer. I love to get in the salt water (Atlantic ocean). When I go to the mountains I remove my shoes and socks and plant myself like a tree and get grounded. I appreciate your positive attitude. Keep moving Forward 👍🏻

Hey guys, My wife and I have been enjoying your videos for over a year!! Thanks for all the adventures in the Hendersonville area! Hope Saba is doing better! We have a 16 yr old Daushound, Coco! We bought our retirement home in Hendersonville this past summer. We moved from CA and got an apartment in Fletcher while we house hunted. Your videos give us great ideas to enjoy life! Anyway, we always wondered if we would spot you guys in town. Today I think we did, we were leaving Ingles in Laurel Park @4pm and I told my wife there goes Kurt & Sara!! Wishing you guys the best! Nice one Kurt! My GF Cindy & I parked in that same parking lot last May, and walked our dog Scooby to the upper High Falls, but it was late in the day and we didn't have time to walk up to the covered bridge & beyond. We will be up there the first 2 weeks in May so we plan to do that then. Stress is so debilitating, but you guys have the perfect 'medicine' for that with the nature around you, soak up as much as you can. Best wishes to Saba, I hope she feels better ASAP.
