So, my friend, i study architecture and i really really want to say thank you for this awesome tutorial. Really really useful. I'm definately going to use these technics in one of my projects. Thanks
I like your turorials. Very helpful but please use an exterenal mic of better quality. The quality and level of sound is very poor and low. Thank you for posting though ;)
Great video. Anyone who is having the problem of not everywhere being solid, make sure you JOIN the surfaces instead of GROUP. A simple command which makes a huge difference.
ı wanna say to thanks u for ur presentation, ı am a architecture student and our teachers are so interested in rhino and they want to see modelling our projects on rhino so this video is incredibly beneficial
good one and very well explained....since i am new with this software could you do a video on all the tools relevant to architecture modelling, like 2d documentation, 3d model building, rendering etc to make your channel one stop point , i know its lot to ask but if you could it would be very helpful. and off course will wait for your next video
Hello and thank you for great tutorial, just please make sure your other videos the sound quality is better )) ,my Volume is the top notch and barely can hear you. good Video thanks
Thanks for your tutorial. I just get a problem after ExtrudeCrv that some of the pieces with thickness are not in solid. I just try to use cap-fail, planarcrv on both side-fail(seems like the curve is in segments), even patch-fail. But one of their surface is created by curve boolean, others can not. Is there any suggestion to fix the trouble?
Man thanks a lot for this very useful tuto ! I just got a little issue.. after triming the circles onto the surface the curves appeared segmented so impossible to loft or blend. Can someone help ?
great tutorial..but I have this problem that I am not able to join the contour lines and group them ..when I press the command join the selection goes off? I tried to see the command in the video..it doesn't show anything? could you suggest where is the problem
This tutorial is awesome! I’m just having a bit of an issue when offsetting the surface. There are some parts in which it doesn’t offset and I can’t work out what the issue is.
Hi, Abhinav Goyal love this video very helpful! Just wondering how I would make this into a laser cut flat file, is there a particular way to do this?? would love to find out :))
Hi Sir, I have encountered a situation where there is no isocurve shown in the TOP view that makes me could not trim the line within the eclipse. May I know what the problem is?
When I do the Rebuild command, after I click OK all the control points disappear without giving me the chance to rebuild the surface. How do I fix this issue?
bro thank u so much for ur effort in this video...but I have a problem with making contour..when I implement the contour tool I had some empty surface and some of them are solid ..what is the problem ?? u know ??
Hi, It happens when the geometry or object is not clean. you have to be careful then you are blending two different surfaces. add cross sections if you have to. the resultant surface should not overlap or have any gap. you can to a surface check surface>edgetools>showedges for poly-surface objects.
first thanks for video :) and when you click on ellipse or circle arrows appear but when i click on those arrow things doesnt appear do u have any idea about it ?
zenkyumaestro.blogspot.com/2012/10/sevillas-gigantic-new-waffle-in-sky.html?m=1 This is a real example. This tutorial does not cover the engineering aspect of it. That depends on scale and budget of the project.

enormous thank you!! :)
great tutorial..but I have this problem that I am not able to join the contour lines and group them ..when I press the command join the selection goes off? I tried to see the command in the video..it doesn't show anything? could you suggest where is the problem
Group them right when you make contour so it can be selected later all together.
had the same problem. grouping worked though
control points were not showing when selecting and hitting enter of the curve
plz can you solve it
I have imported cad 2D outline plan on rhino and am trying the same. After rebuild I am unable to play with the control lines along z axis
amazing!!!!
This tutorial is awesome!
I’m just having a bit of an issue when offsetting the surface. There are some parts in which it doesn’t offset and I can’t work out what the issue is.
My guess is the curvature of surface you have bent is more then offset distance.
This was very helpfull, thank you!
How to obtain the CNC cutting planes of each of the panels?
