The effect you have on my TBR is wild! All you need to do is hold up a book and I’m instantly adding to cart !
My priority reads are The Book of Azrael, Love Unwritten, Saving 6, and Play Along when it comes out on the 11th 🌧️
There are so many books I want to read and in July, there are just not enough hours in the day!! ⛈️
The Sword of Kaigen was one of my favorite reads!! Really hope you love it.
A Crown this Cold and Heavy made me cry! I felt so connected to the characters, and it just really got me. It's the only book in the series I gave 5 stars to too. The other 3 I rated 4.5 stars. It's a fantastic series! ❤
I loved Sword of Kaigen! The characters were great. It was a while ago, but I'm pretty sure it made me ugly cry.
I'm with you on Powerless. I felt like it was heavy with the tropes but if Reckless maintains the good parts of her writing without the heavy handed tropes, I think it'll be great! I'm also super excited to see your thoughts on the Plated Prisoner series because, again haha, I am 100% the same - I got stuck at Glow and never continued but I can't bring myself to decide to DNF the series. I'm eager to hear if you think it's worth continuing!
My July tbr is utter chaos 😅 so many different vibes
This TBR is AMAZING. I’m in a similar reading mood as you. A few of those books have also been on my mind!
🌧️ I love The Sword of Kaigen! It’s always interesting when a book has been really hyped up to you, but I hope you enjoy it! I’m with you on Powerless, I wasn’t the biggest fan. There were some elements I liked but also things I found really frustrating, including the ending (I agree it was dramatic and I am intrigued to see what happens in Reckless but, to me, the big reveal made absolutely no sense and seemed completely unrealistic, added purely as a plot device to create an intriguing cliffhanger). I’ll be interested to hear your thoughts on a re-read 😊
🌦️🌦️Every time you post my TBR just grows!!
🌩🌨 Sounds like a super busy month! Some new ones for my tbr so thanks!
I am currently 30% into A Court This Cruel & Lovely, I am enjoying it so far and I hope to finish the series in July! It’s only on my Libby as an audiobook (which is not my fav way to read) but my rule for this year is NO buying books I haven’t read yet so I can’t buy it just in case I don’t like it.
I am also super excited for Business Casual by BK Borison. The Lovelight Farms series is a cute, fun time.
I waited 2 years before reading Kingdom of Ash because I didn't want to finish this series... 😢 Five broken blades is also on my July TBR ! Really hope we will love it !
In July I'll be reading The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros and also Powerless. Though I have a strong feeling I'll also need to go get Powerful right away 😂 especially since Reckless is literally around the corner! I think I'll be picking that one up as well this coming Tuesday. I'm really excited!! ⚔🥀📖🙊💞⛈🌧
🌧🌨☁️⛈️ I just finished the Sword of Kaigen and it was really good. I hope you enjoy it ! I'm going to start reading Shattered Kingdom for July.
July --Jade Legacy is a must. I have started only 100 pages in. Then I have to finish Well of Ascension, then I want to pick up Book of Azrael and When the Moon Hatched before Burn of the Everflame is out July 31. I will also probably have 1-2 historical romances in there.
The way I also didn’t like powerless but I’m also gonna reread it cuz I want to love it 😅
I hope you like promise of peridot! I feel like it was a little bit slow at time but I still think it’s just a fun series!
Great tbr!! I hope you like Powerless more the second time. That’s my favorite book so far this year. 🌧️
I’m so scared to pick up Sword of Kaigen bc everyone loves it 😅🌧️
The Black Bird Oracle (All Souls #5) is the most anticipated ready for me!
I'm rereading this series in the winter can't wait! Epic ❤
Same!! I am so excited for it!
Rain of shadows and findings is on top of my tbr but I want to finish lady of darkness series first
OMG I am so excited to hear that you will take on the Plated Prison series this summer 💛💛💛 I read Gild, Glint, and Gleam so far this year and it seems the further I go into the series, the more I love the books. I am planning on digging my teeth into Glow and Gold this summer. I can't wait to hear what you have to say 🤗
I'm in the same boat with the plated prisoner series! Loved the first three but didn't continue, I'm going to copycat you and start over! 😻🌧
Uuh I’m excited about your thoughts on A Crown this Cold and Heavy! I just finished book 4 and really enjoyed it too it was a wild ride for sure!! And Promise of Peridot yay I gave that 5 ⭐️ I just finished when the moon hatched (took me forever to finish, sometimes, when I love a story, I don’t want it to end 😅😢) ofc 5⭐️ I will finally read the Chesnut Spring Series now yay❤️☔️
Powerful and reckless! I really would like to start when the moon matched but I am in school for nursing so I have like no free time🙃
In July I will be hopefully finishing my reread of the first Throne of glass series and also reading Powerless and Part of your world (which was actually on my May tbr and I didn't get to it).
I'm so excited for Love Unwritten. Love Redesigned was a five-star read for me! 🌧☔
You have two of my fave series / books on your list - Rain of Shadows and Endings and This Woven Kingdom. Can’t wait to hear what you think! (Also didn’t like Powerless. 😬)
⛈️ looking forward to hearing your thoughts on love unwritten 💕
I definitely agree i didnt vibe with Powerless. I will read Reckless tho.
Thanks a bunch for sharing ❤
⛈️ I also wasn’t the biggest fan of Powerless but the ending also intrigued me! I still have to read the novella but I am going to pick up the second book to see if the series gets better for me ☺️
The Ex Vows by Jessica Joyce is my most anticipated July read for me. It comes out July 18th but hopefully my copy will make it to me in time before the month's end. 🌦
i do want to read the plated prisoner series but haven't yet, so maybe i should read it in july! i'd also like to finish some series so i want to try and read ruthless vows & two twisted crowns - i'm a mood reader though so who knows! 🌧☔
🌦🌦🌦 love your videos!
This Woven Kingdom is actually not a trilogy! It will be a five book series, but at this moment there are only three books out! :)
I love your videos💗
oh good to know!! thank you 😊
Came here to say this, can’t wait for the other books!!
perfect for my 10 min cool down walk at the gym wooo
THE SWORD OF KAIGEN!!!! WHAT A START TO THE TBR
powerless💀💀💀
🌧️🌧️
Okay, book of Azriel just jumped to the top of my list lol. I added it to my KU earlier this month. But that sounds perfect for me because I love me action and high stakes and urban fantasy is my favorite.
it’s so so good i hope you love it!
I need to finish the court of thorns and roses series. I have the last two books in it to complete. I got in a huge book slump and now slowly getting out of it so hopefully I can pick those two up this month 🌧️
oooh yes definitely continue with it ☺️
My priority for July is reading Animal Farm 🌧🌧🌧
So heres the thing for me i dnfed sox of crows (too young for me) but 5 broken blades was awesome you will love 💖
i’m excited for it!!
I also have Kingdom of Ash on my July TBR! First time reading the TOG series, but had to take a little break after the tandem read. But it’s gonna happen in July!
Reading kingdom of ash for the first time in July! ❤
I put off reading Kingdom of Ash when it first came out because I didn’t want it to end! I still say that I want to reread the series but it hasn’t happened yet!😂😂😂
⛈️ I had a goal to get caught up in the Cosmere before Stormlight 5 comes out but I hit a 2 month reading slump and now I’m behind 😫 So July is the month of Sanderson. Finishing Edgedancer today then plan for Tress of the Emerald Sea, Oathbringer, Emperor’s Soul, and Dawnshard for July. That should get me back on track to 1-2 Sanderson projects a month before December
🌧
🌦️ hi I was wondering since you're doing this challenge if you could maybe read a newer series? The order: Kingdom of Fallen Ash is the first book and it's really good but no one talks about it, but I binged a few of your videos yesterday and I think you would enjoy the series! It's a romantasy and perfect for this challenge!
🌧️
☁️ 🌧️
this woven kingdom is not actually a trilogy, there will be more books, no conlusions for now skdjklsjd, i've read all three and i dont really see game of thrones there. and i actually would not call it a love triangle, maybe in some way but it's more of a sequence of misunderstanding
🌧️ 🌧️ 🌧️
I love your top with the cute cap sleeves!! you look great!! where is the top from??
thank you!! it’s from princess polly but it’s a couple years old so idk if they would still have it
