Ontario Native Plants had some helpful tips for planting in the summer months:
-water right away after delivery
-keep in a shady spot for a few days
-plant on an overcast day or in the eve of a hot/sunny day
-check if water is needed daily while the plants adjust
-water in the early morning or late evening
-allow the soil to dry between watering
