I put strongly disagree when it said things like ‘I am lazy’ or ‘I have a messy workplace’ I think those kinds of phrases are good ones to put strongly disagree and I got accepted!
@@doniellesofia the first one I put “strongly worried” on was the missing friends from home and it immediately rejected me. So I now have to wait six months until I can reapply. I didn’t even get a chance to explain. So I’m just confused.
@@swirlyheadcatquake yea that is odd I’ve never heard of it denying people in the middle of their WBI .. I guess in the connotation of that question they might see it as unfit in certain aspects but it is a genuine concern for you which is frustrating
i just applied on November 23rd and did the web-based interview on the 25th. i didn’t use any of the key words in my written application but still got a web based interview so i’m not sure what its about. I was identified as a strong candidate, now i’m just waiting to hear back! i do have one question, do you know if they are doing phone interviews anymore or have they stopped doing that?
Hi ! Thanks ! This was very helpful. I just applied last week on the day applications opened, took the WBI that same day and was told I was a strong candidate. I did not make the first wave that just went out but am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be in the next one. I’m a nervous wreck !! Just curious…did you ever hear of someone getting strong candidate after the WBI and then later being told “no longer in consideration”. I know that they weeded out people with phone interviews, but since they aren’t doing those how do they decide who they want in a pool of strong candidates? Any ideas ! Thanks 😊
hi!! so unfortunately I did hear of people being NLIC after the wbi strong candidate and it seemed really random! I would assume the recruiters look into your resume and if you’ve worked for the company before probably your record card but they mainly just look for hard working potential but they haven’t released any info on the selection process! The next thing after the strong candidate page is either accepting or declining you! Even if you did get strong candidate you still could get declined :/ but I barely saw anyone get declined when I went!

@@maddieprince4098 Hi ! The applications opened on Jan 24th or 25th. There is no phone interviews this time…once you make it passed the WBI you just have to wait and see if you get an acceptance email. They have had two waves of emails go out with acceptances. I didn’t get an offer yet but I’m hoping I’ll be in the next wave. Good luck to you 😀
I am not sure how much key words are a real thing, i didn't put any key words in my application and i got wbi 5 mins after i submitted it, which i passed so now its just waiting with fingers crossed.
I applied too like 2 days ago got strong candidate but I’m hoping I actually get it Covid made me not get it I got accepted than I got we regret to inform you but unfortunately due to Covid we have shut down the program kinda letter I was so sad and this is the first time I applied since that happened so I’m praying this is my year but really thanks for the video and to those waiting and hoping I’m in the same boat I wish we all get it
Hi. I just did this and I accidentally clicked next twice. After that I ran out of time for two questions. Thats three questions not answered. Will this hurt my chances?
this shouldn’t! they usually have a few questions you’re allowed to skip that won’t ruin your chances but if you finish and it still says strong candidate you shouldn’t worry!
I know this is an old video haha but I just applied for the DCP like two days ago, and my application still says in consideration but they haven’t sent me the WIB yet. I am just super nervous because I applied for winter term and got accepted within two days (although i didn’t end up going that term)
This is so helpful. Last year I applied and was rejected immediately after the WBI lol. I appreciate that the turnaround time is very quick.
