I just found out I inherited some mineral rights in West Virginia and I don't know what to do with it I was sent a lease agreement that doesn't look like it's in my favor at all And it has an expiration date on it And I live in the state of Arizona. Does it matter where I hire an attorney from Should I talk to one here or try to find 1 in Bridgeport West Virginia where the property is
