At 45:30, take the waypoint and go behind you, under the waterall. You will have one seelie, one challenge. In front of the waterfall, u can find a chest and a seelie again.

It has better routine than the first one and finally separates Monds chests from Liyue ones
Also,chests within territory of dragonspine is marked (although some don't count in total achievement one,it's a bug)
