How long u keep your wigs on for? Also how frequently do u wash it while it's on your head?

I change my mind a lot and they do get irritating when you’re not used to having so much hair so at the most a few days when I’m really feeling it! Lol
But if you are wearing it a lot with a lot of product like mousse and other styling products maybe once a month if not you can go a while with just touching up the lace in the front so it doesn’t build up

I'm afraid to shave my head yet but my alopecia is so bad there's no hiding it anymore😭 wound up cutting it super short. I'm debating on even bothering with using a wig cap or not

It all depends on where you want the hair line of the wig to sit for me that’s the only real need of a wig cap is to cover your hair if not it’s kind of annoying because they are so tight
