Melodic Techno Jam - Ways of the Dub

I've always been fascinated with dub techno. How something so apparently simple can captivate. Well, it's not simple at all for starters. There's lot's of movement and modulation going on.
The Matriarch and the Peak are really excellent at this. I've thrown in my usual sauce of a bit of rougher work. It might seem out of place but I like it so much, I just do it.

Besides melodic and industrial, I have a fascination with dub techno. Creating patches is more complex than it seems. Modulation is key.
What are your favourite techniques?

I love just 'riding' the ADSR on an Arp or B line. Making it go from those short percussive little stabby clicks n bleep, into a long sustained note or whatever. Same with LFO rate also. I can just sit playing around over the same 2 or 4 bar drum loop for hours.
Lush set up and stand/arrangment mate. I wish I could make my desk even half as neat. ;)

@@h-dawg969 Oh yeah, playing with the envelopes to make it shorter and longer is awesome too. That's also fun to modulate. Or using an envelope to modulate the LFO rate to get that slowing down (or speeding up) stutter effect.
