This is pretty much the whole crux of the matter. They argue their way into amnesty, then talk about the amnesty not technically being fair. Knowing that it would not be politically expedient to renege on the promise of amnesty, the politicians will hopefully be forced to submit that their families are welcome too. And if you believe that the leftists will be satisfied with this, you are sadly mistaken. It's like gun control, they don't stop taking until there's nothing left to take.

I am almost 50 and was for my whole life a Democrat. In the 80's there existed the two main parties and several fragmented liberal groups. What I and many other Americans didn't notice was happening over time was that the libertine groups or party have very much attached themselves to the Democratic party and in doing so completely distorting it's original philosophies and mission statement. For example many Americans identified as "JFK Democrats" and so on. That message has been lost with several fringe groups demanding every right and liberty under the sun regardlless of the negative impacts to other underrepresented groups who actually deserve consideration. I am now a Republican. I am not saying it is the answer to all things but it is definitely the better choice considering the alternative. I'm not even sure what the Democratic party currently stands for. This party is completely fragmented, leaderless, and divided amongst itself. Furthermore, the party has turned on its own traditional supporters in favor of the new progressive voter instead. No apologies, and no explanation, just abandonment as if to say "thanks for all the years of support...............suckers!"
Although never registered democrat, I TOO suffered from the delusions so embraced by members of the democratic party. Then one day, my new friends educated me on the matter. The truth INDEED has set me free!

The problem is things are changing so rapidly that most Americans are still not aware of the changes while they were not paying attention. If we spread the message to as many as possible then we have accomplished something.
