In this one i take a look at the OBDeleven Pro OBD2 scanner and tool. This can be used for a myriad of car electrical tasks such as, doing a full diagnostic scan of the car's internal systems and ECUs, showing you live data from the car, coding to the car's systems (even long coding), assisting with retrofit items, clear fault codes, and can help you to unlock additional features in some cars. The unit also has SFD protection, which means that we are able to work on the newest cars (2020+).

Car OBD2 scanners come in all shapes and sizes but this very small device and the accompanying OBDeleven app for iPhone work brilliantly well, the connection is really fast and far better than some similar devices I've used in the past. OBDeleven apps are simplicity itself to use makign the whole experience a stress free one.
The device works on most reasonably modern VAG cars such as VW, Audi, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Lambo and Porsche. You can check full OBDeleven compatibility from the OBDeleven website before you purchase, this is a great option for audi coding or VW coding, especially for those without the skills or equipment to use VCDS. OBD11 is a great audi coding tool smf s grest vcds alternative for the average joe.

What's with Americans? Yours, this vid. of the OBD 11 is so nice, refreshing. Spoken normally. Addressing normally. A pleasure to watch and listen to. Thank you. I have just written to the makers as all I am interested in at this time is whether it reads auto gearbox fluid temperature and if it reads the suspension level sensors which control headlight dip. Don't suppose you know?

Thanks Chris, unfortunately I’ve got to sell the TT very soon. I’ve got one more review to do on the new Teyes CC3 Android head unit and then I’ve got to sell. I had a sponsor for the TT project who pulled out as soon as I bought the car and I’ve run out of money to finish it. Also need to buy a new family wagon soon. Gutted but feel like there will be another one in my future when my finances are in a better state. I’d love to come to an event at some point with or without it. 👍

I bought one of these last year & it worked very well (FYI; it didn't need me to tell it which car it was plugged into, rather giving me all the info) but the subscription didn't last a full year. It now only performs basic tasks (like the £20 one I bought from Aldi years ago). Feel a bit ripped-off by it.

@@DefinitelyNotAGuru email won't work mate. You get 1 years subscription from new, then you have to renew subscription every 12 months. It's made pretty clear when purchasing direct from them. Also, for the "one click" apps, you use credits which you have to buy after the ones that come with the obd11 are used up. It's a good piece of kit, but paying for subscription And credits is a bit cheeky.

bit late but which option do i choose when selecting the car at the beginning? as i have a 58 plate (2008 registered) TT with the new white and black dash (rather than red), should i choose the 2008-2015 or 2006-2008?

I looked at getting the free subscription one , can I still do all the adjustments , spoiler , lights etc just by buying with credits . Or do I need the pro plan to get all the good stuff thank you

Hey I just wanted to ask, for diagnosing things like a wheel speed sensor, will it show live data (speed) of each wheel or is it not in that depth?
It’s a long while ago that I did this but I think it does, drop OBDeleven an email with your car details and they will confirm
