I got a 69 MF 7. My grandfather bought new. It's what I learned mow with. Still got it, use it every week. Bullet proof little tractor. Neighbors ate new John Deeres, already here n gone. Love Masseyss

I grew up with one of these. We used it mostly for mowing and picking up the grass on a semi rocking lawn in CT. Some years we used the dozer blade to plow the driveway. I more or less learned to drive on ours. We bought it 1973 and sold it 1992 for the same $800? We converted to a pull start but that was about it. My father use to say it was his favorite thing. Dad grewup in NYC and hated lawn care etc. But he loved his Massey. Its so good to see this video. Watching it I can feel the levers and wheel, and shake. I can hear the sound of the belts catching. I wish I had one today.

Hi! How do you shift between the high and the low-speed pulleys on your MF 7? Is there a lever or something?
