Sounds odd to have these songs sung in an American accent - not pleasing to the ear at all!
Do the peice and direct it yourself to have a brittish accent then
I've seen marry poppins animation when I was a kid, I'm familiar with the English production. I actually like cover is not the book song, sung in choir better than the duet number in the live action.
As a music director, I must say this is one of the best "from scratch" musicals in years. Great work from Marc Shaiman.
