Moral high ground doesn’t matter at this point, the acts of crime carried out last year on Oct 7, the mindset behind it, the people who participated in it - not just the armed terrorists but the so called civilians who used to go to Israel to earn their livelihood who gave the information to these terrorists about the Israeli people living there, and the other so called civilians who then again supported hamas by hiding the hostages in their homes in the bunkers in their homes. Where did the palestinian civilians hold true to their moral high ground? Why is this always expected of Israel to hold this moral high ground? Their own actions have brought this war to their homes, Israel is not responsible for it.
For 11 months Hezbollah has fired rockets at Israel asked the West to find a diplomatic solution and the West did nothing. Then Israel said enough is enough and invaded Hezbollah first by exploding their pagers, then by airstrikes, and then by a ground invasion. As soon as Israel went on the offensive in Lebanon against Hezbollah, the whole international community started yammering for a cease fire. But where was the voice of the international community for 11 months leading up to the Lebanon ground invasion: It wasn't found anywhere, and that is the point.
