    Hey Whisperer, great video, I have two questions, Club Car DS 48v. won't run, no solenoid click, I have full voltage on all the wires in your video except the light. blue in OBC harness and the blue/white (ground wire to controller) on the solenoid has only 19v. Also I attached a Curtis 1313 programmer to the controller at the 4 plug, the programmer will not connect and give me any readings at the controller.

      @@mike-gr7bt okay unplug the computer harness and jump the blue and white wire with a paperclip or wire and let me know what it does. Meaning key on in forward and hit the gas

      @@mike-gr7bt if the computers bad you won’t have no power to the Curtis handheld. Let me know what it does

      @@HeyHeyHey97 the 1313 programmer does nothing, the red slash in the top corner of the monitor is illuminated indicating "no connection", the screen has two messages printed across the monitor one says "if the programmer is connected to one device to wait for connection". the other message "if programmer is NOT connected to a device wait for connection. I can give exact wording in an hour. I will be at the golf cart in the morning to run your suggested test. Thanks

      @@mike-gr7bt I just read you have 19v on solenoid. On what post on solenoid do you have 19v?

      The 1313 programmer is plugged into the controller, the message on the face of the programmer is " If a 1313 cable is connected to a device, Please wait for a connection." Below that message is another " If a 1313 cable is NOT connected to a device, Press the appropriate soft key for offline mode." soft key options are Serial and CANOpen.
      The blue/white wire on the solenoid small terminal is 19v. (the one that goes to the controller) , the dark blue wire on the small terminal of the solenoid (positive for key switch) has battery pack voltage 50.1V. Thanks Whisperer for your help.

    Hey golf cart whisperer I have a ezgo txt 36v with a navitas controller sometimes the cart stops moving and I have unplug the controller wait a little plug back in and it runs but happens pretty frequently do you think the controller is bad or could there be a different problem?

      @HeyHeyHey97  16 днів тому

      Thanks for watching and commenting. When it quits running look at the controller and tell me if it flashing a. 2-3 code if it is it means the capacitors inside the controller are losing voltage. Don’t know how long you had the cart for. But if you call Navitas they will send you another one. But look at controller when quits running and let me know what it blinks. But if I had to bet money replace controller.
