I think Pin on BFDIA was basically Balloon from II Season 1: Mean, annoying but is respected Season 2: Nice and charming but they get payback Season 3: Nice, respected and gets on well with everyone
Pin is what I call, 'Complex Female Characters!' (TM) Like Fanny, Liy & Leafy, she is a complex girl character, my favorite character archetype. So, her personality is hard to describe in a few short words, & is more complex.
She definitely was a little annoying and just a different version of Golfball (imo) in BFDI. Although since BFDIA is being continued again, it really hurts to see all the mistreatment Pin was getting back then. It makes me realize she wanted to change after this, so her being upset at Coiny for the comment he made was so justified.
Puffball: (removes Pin's limbs as revenge for stabbing her speaker box) Also Puffball: (gets eliminated in BFDIA 6 as karma) Ice Cube: (removes Pin's face as revenge for the dance party incident) Also Ice Cube: (gets eliminated in BFDIA 12 as karma)
Honestly, I was kinda annoyed that everyone was getting on Pin's case in TPOT 2. Mostly because she's my favorite and at the time I agree that BFDIA did suck, but she had to go a lot of it limbless, can you blame her for saying that even without the knowledge of the face removal. Going forward, WHY DID THEY DO PIN SO DIRTY?! If she doesn't get her essentials back soon, I will never think BFDIA was a good season.
Tbh I'm all for pin either winning or atleast making the finale in tpot it'd be so satisfying after what she went through and now she's even more motivated then before it'd remind of gwen making the finale in tdi for trent (without the relationship part lol even though i kinda..nvm)

Your last point acts like we don't have the entire rest of the season to get the lore back on track, we have 12 contestants left. That's at least 10 or so more episodes, we're fine.
