In this clip, Boosie discussed his lawyer Drew Findling, who has worked on notable cases such as rapper YFN Lucci's murder charge. Known as one of the best criminal attorneys, Findling managed to get Lucci a deal for the rapper to serve just three months over his murder charge, a feat for which the rapper reportedly paid him $300,000. During their chat, Boosie reminisced about a past case of his for which Findling represented him, dating back to 2016 when he and his security were pulled over while Boosie had a gun and about 20 grams in his car. Findling was successful in getting his charge thrown out and handling his six-month probation. Drew Findling was my lawyer back in 1991 and i got sentenced to life plus 30 years, plus a million dollar fine. I ended up serving 27 years in prison and was released in 2018. I did state time. He was up and coming back then. Very smart but he wasn't a celebrity lawyer then. He's a man of his word though

Nah, Drew Findling is a good man. Even though I was found guilty and sentenced to life plus 30 years in prison when he represented me back in 1991, he never abandoned me through the appeal process. I ended up serving 27 years in the state before being paroled. By then Drew was a celebrity lawyer but he still took my call and remembered me.
