Makeup is very much something to work at and a talent to grow over time, these eyebrows are not at all BAD, they just aren’t for her, and that’s why it’s blindness, she’s making good brows, but probably from a video online that didn’t match her face shape haha, many men and women go through this faze when learning how their face structure and shading/blending out plays into makeup! Natural cared for/well kept thick brows often are beautiful. I think the brow blindness is when people are over lining and filling in there brows to the point where it looks unnatural and so “drawn in” and not feathered more

I think this is true for people who are intentionally putting someone down, but otherwise it is also referring to people unintentionally doing too much of something for their ideal makeup. For example say someone is going for the "no makeup" look, but they're using way too much blush for that to be what's perceived but they don't realize it. It's similar to just getting used to the way you look and not realising that other people think you're good looking but you don't or something. J know that's how a lot of people are using it. But ofc if people WANT heavy blush that's their style and bullies will suck always
