அருமையான பாடல்கள்! ஆனால், ஒன்றை நாம் எப்போதும் நினைவில்கொள்ள வேண்டும். என்னதான், ஸ்ருதிசுத்தமாக பாடினாலும், அற்புதமான வரிகள் என்று சிலாகித்தாலும், இப்பாடல்களின் வரிகளுக்கு ஏற்றாற்போல் நாம் தேவனை முழு இருதயத்தோடும், முழு மனதோடும், முழு ஆத்துமாவோடும், முழுப் பலத்தோடும் நம் விசுவாச வாழ்க்கைமூலம் ஆராதிக்கவில்லையென்றால் நமக்கு ஒரு பிரயோஜனமுமில்லை. அது வெறும் உதட்டளவு ஆராதனையாகத்தான் இருக்கும். அதற்கு இந்த பாடல்களை பாடிய சகோதரியே சிறந்த உதாரணம். நல்ல குரல்வளம், பலபேருக்கு சுட்டாலும் வராத சங்கீத ஞானம் என்று தேவன் அருளிய தாலந்தை பயன்படுத்தி இந்த கீர்த்தனைப் பாடல்களை பாடுகிறார்கள். அதே தாலந்தைகொண்டு தேவன் வெறுக்கிற, அநேக இளைஞரை வழிவிலக செய்யும் ஆபாசம் நிறைந்த சினிமா பாடல்களையும் பாடிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். வேதம், "ஒரே ஊற்றுக்கண்ணிலிருந்து தித்திப்பும் கசப்புமான தண்ணீர் சுரக்குமா?" என்ற ஆழமான கேள்வியை நம்முன் வைக்கிறது. (யாக்கோபு 3:11) "சினிமா பாடல் பாடினாலும், கிறிஸ்தவ பாடல்களையும் பாடுகிறாரே; அதனால், தேவன் ஒன்றும் தவறாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ள மாட்டார்" என்று நீங்கள் சொல்வீர்களானால், இந்த வசனம் உங்கள் கவனத்திற்கு. "இரண்டு எஜமான்களுக்கு ஊழியம் செய்ய ஒருவனாலும் கூடாது; ஒருவனைப் பகைத்து மற்றவனைச் சிநேகிப்பான்; அல்லது ஒருவனைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டு, மற்றவனை அசட்டைபண்ணுவான்; தேவனுக்கும் உலகப் பொருளுக்கும் ஊழியஞ்செய்ய உங்களால் கூடாது." (மத்தேயு 6:24) இந்த சகோதரியின் அனுபவமே இன்று பல கிறிஸ்தவர்களின் அனுபவமாக இருக்கிறது. மற்றவர் பார்வைக்கு தெரியும்படியான வெறும் உதட்டளவு ஆராதனை. வேத வசனத்தின்படி நம்மை நாமே சீர்தூக்கி பார்த்து நலமானதை பிடித்துக்கொள்வோம். தேவன் நம்மை நடத்துவாராக. உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரிடத்தில் உன் முழு இருதயத்தோடும், உன் முழு ஆத்துமாவோடும், உன் முழு மனதோடும், உன் முழுப் பலத்தோடும் அன்புகூருவாயாக என்பதே பிரதான கற்பனை. (மாற்கு 12:30)
