I have been looking forward to your videos over the past couple of months now. I am a wife and mom of 3 handsome boys living in busy LA and working full time for an amazing spine surgeon. I am thankful for all my blessings and I dare not complain, but as I am getting older and hopefully wiser, I am trying to enjoy the lil things that seems insignificant in this busy life of mine. It’s so hard to quiet my mind. I’ve been spending more time alone going for walks and praying a lot. I now enjoy sitting doing nothing else but sipping my freshly brewed coffee and spending more time in the kitchen baking. I am trying to figure out the best way to balance my busy life while slowing some things down at the same time. Thank you for your serene videos. I really do enjoy them 🥰
