This video was just intended to show how you can change your workspace layout. I show you how to open templates and how to save your own templates in this video: ua-cam.com/video/fTTq6of99tM/v-deo.html unfortunately I haven't made a video on grids yet. You can turn the grid on: View - Page grid which will give you the default grid. If you want to make changes to the grid or want to use an axonometric grid (with angled lines) you need to open the Document Properties Dialog: File - Document Properties. To use a axonometric grid, click on the grid tab and select axonometric under Creation and press New. You may have both types of grid showing now, you can remove the rectangular grid by selecting the rectangular grid tab under Defined grids and pressing Remove or hiding it by unchecking the Visible check box.
