Thank you so much! I was trying to research how to do this--yours is the first demonstration I've actually understood. BTW, great background music.

@@ChinskDesign I'm new to Figma so have lots to learn! How about one on the different types of animation interactions available for a prototype? I originally set most of my interactions to Instant in my first prototype. Now I'm reading that Instant often isn't the best choice for a natural appearing movement. So I'm wondering, how do experienced designers use it? Thanks and great weekend to you as well!

If I click on a toggle switch, I want a screen to open immediately. How can I achieve this?

Hi! 😀 Follow these steps: place the toggle switch on a screen, click on “Prototype”, click and drag the toggle switch arrow to a new screen you want to display, choose “on tap” and “smart animate”. Let me know if it worked.

@@ChinskDesign if did work but it does not show that I have switched on the toggle switch. It just connects to the screen… I need that aspect to be responsive so the user is aware… meanwhile, I have a variant of this switch

Hi! 😃 In this case you need to keep the toggle switch also on the new screen, keeping the same position. Then, you add the changes that will be made after turning on the toggle switch on this new screen. Did it help you?
