From what ive played, paint defense doesnt feel bad. It feels like layups are overtuned and rp% takes away any sense of skill (imo)
Ive seen a lot of those contested shits (yea ik) go in when they say tight and it kills me. Ive also gotten great chase downs and stops when I played solid

I sold 2k25 2 weeks ago, this is the quickest I've ever given up on a 2k. It's ridiculous how much SBMM killed what used to be a chill way to unwind with my friends after a long day. Every single game in the rec is a sweatfest

You can still play the game for fun. If your mindset is to grind your cap breakers in order to play the game, then you won’t ever feel like you’re having fun. But you can definitely still play the game for fun without grinding 24/7.

@@Nahanoo Playing the game normally means you don’t need to “grind” the game. I don’t play the game all the time, but I’ve got all the badges that matter when playing with my friends. I’ve played maybe 2 mycareer games and 10-20 rec games. Not at all a hassle.

The problem isn't even just that one cheese. It just shows a fundamental problem with defense in general... Defense is awful in this game right now overall. You can't hound in online matches due to players just having max speed / agility and the latency.
The AI are the best defenders in the game because they don't have to deal with this latency BS and their players can actually hound up against players.
Interior defense is just straight up trash on anything driving. It's gotta be a bug or something.
Literally ban all the people dashing. It's wrong. You know it's wrong. Just because other people are doing it doesn't mean it's OK for you to do it. Classic "if everyone else is jumping off a cliff" scenario. Accountability is needed here.
I miss hopping on the random 3’s in theatre smoking the gas with a lil bit liquor listening to everybody talking crazy n having fun. Ts done damn near turned into stage with nobody talking cuz u gotta lock in every game🤦🏽♂️

I had a dude sabotage my gameplay, literally draining the shot clock to 1 seconds then passing to me last minute so i get a TO or bad shot, to force me to get booted, He managed to get me to D-, quit 1:20 before game ended and was on mic saying haha It wont effect my score if I leave with 90 seconds left but willl to you guys.
Reason he did it, cause he shot the ball 20 times missed 15, and complained when pthers would not pass him ball anymore... Literally wasted his time to do that, and at that moment as a first year player, i was fef up with SBMM, cause I keep getting matched with people who sell and and lose on purpose to screw you over...
How the face scan get worse every year 😂. Not to mention the hair cuts are brutal

It can be a good game but it's a lot of reasons why this game simply can't return back to its glory 2k16 days or even better
You can’t blame players for dashing if the game allows it. It’s all on 2k to fix because you can’t expect thousands of players to play honestly. The will always be bad apples and they will have the advantage

Showers together? As for Lakers vid, no gamer is in the wrong. that is a broken system within 2K. There is no "honor system" in 2K. If something can give you an advantage... it will be taken. Same goes for the Rhythm shooting paddles. Gamers will be gamers. This is why actual top gaming franchises have testers by gamers.

It can be patched they need to make the green window for any shot that is slightly contested small. The only way we should get a 70 percent boost rs is on opens and wide opens.

If they implemented sbmm the correct way it would have been great bro. But look at this bro, we can’t escape sweats so we never get to enjoy the reward of getting good at it. There’s no reward for being mvp tier u just get to play sweats 24/7 with no extra rep boost. 2k should have made sbmm for random modes. But no way for park and theater should I be playing stage 24/7. I don’t even like stage gameplay it’s cheesy. So ahhhh come on mike wang get rid of sbmm and try again to find something that works. And make sure i stay in the lowest ping server give me the option to choose my server. Come on man simple stuff.
