Firrst of all she is pressing the mic in the wrong place. The heart is located roughly at the center area wher ribs end (mutch lower than the mic is pointing). This is probably not her heartbeat but prerecorded audio from other source. Also breathing sound completely difrent when you listen it from the chest. It's more like waves of white noise, not so beautiful breathes. Good to notice that we can hear them only occasionally. Did she kept holding her breath for almost one hour? It sounds nice, and respect for video and audio editing. But it's probably most fake.
