I've bought two systems from these guys; one for myself and a second for my wife. Honestly I chose them because they were a local builder to myself and their quality is leagues above the competition. I mean seriously the ability to go over to their place spec out a system, purchase it, and then play games with them in their lobby... just hits different. Hell, if you want a specific brand/ model of part for your system they will go out of their way to include it. I mean I off mentioned I would like to explore overclocking and these guys included a suite of software in my build to help me out. Even when they got behind working on a promo deal with a pro team while my wife's build was in the shop; a single call got it sorted. It's that level of attention to detail, service, and just general build quality that made me decide yes these guys are legitimately The Best. I've ordered from Best Buy talked with their geek squad and rarely do they talk shop as well as Ironside.
Just dealing with a company that answers the phone is a joy. (I called ironside to chat with them and they picked up fast.) Best Buy doesn’t even answer locally anymore. You go thru a crappy menu to get sent to a call center because: Covid. I’m done dealing with big box stores. I just ordered a silver R.
I bought my very first gaming PC from them years ago (6 years approximately). It is still running strong. I recently purchased a new one (much beefier) and it is on the way! While they are expensive, their craftsmanship is unmatched and it’s pretty competitive to other pre-built “custom” PCs
i purchased an ironside computer i went with the 1450 option and added some ssds and other stuff to get it up to 1830 and it works very well. I'm not very handy at putting things together so this was a godsend for me. I would reccomend them.
I added up the cost of parts compared to how much I was charged for my tower, and it turned out I only paid like $50 extra to have them build a $1000 computer. worth it for the cable management alone.
i bought a pc from them more than 7 years ago and its still running strong no upgrades or parts broken so if they do use cheap parts then ive gotten amazing luck
I bought my pc from them 11 years ago. I've added a 4tb HDD, a 2tb SSD for games, my 760>1060>3070, 1-8gb Ram> 2-8gb ram, and its still going strong. it has slowed as one would expect but Im still happy with it
I appreciate the video, not for its content, but for the comments that came as a result. I don't understand how you can review an integrator w/ out actually purchasing a product from them and reviewing the product yourself.
I have had one since like 2017 and I love it. Great customer service, my ssd went out and they replaced it years later for free and shipped it to me for free. Thats why I think ima upgrade to a new one.

just out of curiosity when did you guys get your pc from them i ordered mine and its still pending mods- not built its been like that almost a month this upcoming Friday December 1st is gonna mark a month since i ordered in nov 1
I am extremely new to this. Like stupidly new. I have no mechanical experience whatsoever. Do I have to build or put any of these pieces together myself? I couldn’t figure it out on their website. Sorry in advance.
I got an iron side limited edition, no regrets. Best PC ive ever owned and I think price to performance is very good as skimping out on that extra $200 means WAY lower build quality.
I bought a laptop from them when I was in Japan. There were shipping issues and the laptop ended up being returned to the company. I also ended up moving back to the states during that time and they held the laptop for me until I had a set address to mail it to. I love the laptop and it's one of the best gaming systems I've owned. I have had ASUS ROG and MSI in the past. I much prefer the Ironside system. Highly recommend.
Im considering picking up one of those new VShojo cases(mel obvs becusse vei isnt available anymore:( Itd cost me $5,415 or somthing after tax. Would anyone reccomend that? My current setup is pretty beefy but im just wanting top top of the line, professionally done, with an awsome case. Just looking for opinions.
Was not impressed with customer service. Tried buying a system today they guy on phone seemed very uninterested in making a sale. I still can’t get pass check out. I wanted someone to explain there payment options and I was told to call someone else. If your dropping 3k on a system you expect better customer service.
@@biggestshaggus7372 yes I did…called on a different day got someone different. They answered all my questions. Moral of story don’t call during lunchtime as you might not get the right person. There is a month long wait though.
I wish canada had an equivalent to ironside. Dell is a joke now and there doesn’t seem to be any reputable pre-made company here. I’ve been looking into ironside desktops for years but they’re just way too expensive, especially with the exchange rates. I’m ok spending 2-3k cdn but everything i’ve ever seen that i’ve wanted on ironside’s site has been well over 3k.
Im in canada and i bought an ironside pc about 4 or 5 years ago and im still using it and its still working good, it was quite expensive with shipping and stuff and border fees but it was worth it
3 years and failed graphics card now the power supply and the cust setvice is awful . I ve emailed 6 times and get no response. I always try to deal with small cos but this is a joke . Answer your CUSTOMERS.
Total trash. I bought an iron side pc in 2012. I ran every game on max graphics till yesterday in 2024. 6 out of 6 fans failed. Water or liquid cooler failed. Hard drive on the Frits worst 1200$ I ever spent. If I’m going to pay over a thousand for pc I expect it to last longer than voyagers space probes.

4 years of having my first gaming computer by them and it's amazing and still running great
Honestly where ironside shines is their coal mine and limited edition pcs. Those are unique and no other company makes them as good as them.

Overpriced AF. Build one through NZXT if you’re desperate for a prebuilt and can’t be bothered to learn how to build one for yourselves.
