Stoic have always replied to my dm’s about phys questions and are extremely helpful. Definitely recommend their whey protein, very tasty, and if you’re serving or wanting to join up definitely check out their selection programs.
They have a general strength program and a general conditioning program that is really good. They also have a limited equipment program and a program if all you have is 30 min a day to workout. It's a good way to stay on track and progressively get in shape.

Not really a deadlift if the weight isn't in front of you. This is a weird type of squat.
If the just called this a deadlift your comment would make sense but the specified trap bar.
