I love seeing these two ladies share scenes together. Carly and Liz may never be friends but I like when they are friendly to each other like this and find common ground.
These ladies share the commonality of grief. Losing a spouse you loved is a special pain that can be an endless torture. These ladies communicated that grief in best form, wonderful performance. Bravo ladies.
Loved their scenes today. It's nice to see them getting along and talk about something that they have in common. Laura and Becky are great actresses. Grieve is a terrible thing to go through.
The tears...(sniff sniff) These two really have come a long way. From constantly sniping at each other to eventually this friendship. Or at least close to friendship. It's a sign of maturity when rivals eventually decide to move past the antagonism. It's funny how they reminisce about the coffee and desserts. Sonny and his coffee business. Franco seemed to have inherited Todd's slight obsession with food. I miss the days where Todd would pretty much just nab any food. Funniest was when he tried the soup at the Q's and was like - blegh. Lol
I think this is one of the first times that I remember a civil conversation between Carly and Elizabeth, other than when they thought that Jake saved Jocelyn by donating his kidney I think it was... It was two mothers and wives sharing the loss of their husbands, losing the other part of them..
I love these two getting along. It definitely won’t continue but it shows that there are times where people who are hurting can come together and not add to the hurt. Everyone suffering from grief needs a break from fighting to stay afloat.
Well this explained way we’re having this severe thunderstorm in my area right now, Carly and Liz had an adult conversation with no name calling or who’s to blame for what or nothing, for the first time in their history on GH today! Mind blown 🤯
Both Liz and Carly have come a long way! They are both two, intelligent women who love their family fiercely. I am glad they can become friends and talk openly about their situations. Thank you GH for this moment!
Amazing how grief can actually bring you closer, I lost my husband too and July 1 will be two-years. I hate that Sonny is still home, not a good story for me. I've watched GH since I was born. . . On my grandparents' kitchen table.
Elizabeth had a conversation with Jason and while she didn't tell him that Peter is dead she said enough that Jason knows that he is gone for good. He even told Elizabeth that if she needs him to "take care of anything" to just let him know.
These two have argued for so long but in reality are very much alike and could have a strong friendship if they allowed it. I was so glad to see them interact after Bobbie died.

Liz never once lied to the police - she gave 100 percent facts to them based on what she saw and witnessed. 🤦🏾♀️
