This place called Taco Johns have Nachos Navidad: red and green tortilla chips with nacho cheese, beef, refried beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives, guacamole and sour cream! I don't know why but those red and green chips make it sublime !
I'm lactose intolerant sometimes (I've other chronic illnesses and they cause temporary food intolerance so I've been lactose intolerant for three months every second year it's weird) but basically for food intolerances you have to do an elimination diet where you eat the blandest diet for three weeks, it's very depressingly bland, and slowly reintroduce foods that you can be intolerant to one every two or three days and see if you have a reaction.
Rose If you have no idea what’s causing it, that really is the only way to do it. I had to start off eating brown rice and boiled vegetables, then adding stuff back in. If you have a suspicion as to what is the cause, though, you can try just cutting that thing out first and see if it works. 😕

KFC festive fries are actually amazing. If they switched it so they were constant I would genuinely choose to go to kfc instead of McDonald’s which is crazy as I probably go to kfc 5 or less time’s in a year where as I have McDonald’s about once a week 😂 anyway everyone needs to try them, now craving them.

I think its so funny that there's special Christmas fast food items in the UK, we don't have anything like that in America except for special drinks/desserts at coffee chain or places like IHOP... I'm also jealous that you guys have fries at your KFCs!
The best Christmas sandwich I've had was from a cafe,sausage,bacon,Turkey,stuffing,pork,hash browns with gravy as a sauce.Bun dissolves as u eat it.Proper sandwich.

I started adding more and more spice to my food and serving my food with spicy dips and I've become pretty spice tolerant from it :) I went from not being able to tolerate black pepper to eating all the spicy food my Korean friends eat with no problem!
Have you tried raw milk? Might be worth trying raw,grass fed, A2 milk from jersey cows. Some people who can’t do pasteurised dairy because the pasteurisation kills all the good and bad bacteria and leaves it in the milk and that’s what causes reactions. Hope that helps you. You can order it online and might be able to get it at borough market. You can get raw Brie from Waitrose and raw vacherin. The Brie will be cheaper. It’s probably easy to get hold of and try.
