It really does get a volunteer fully involved, being enthusiastic about an effect rubs off on whoever you do this too, and a nice clean WOW finish . What more do you need ? Cheers for this review, one for my collection.

Really long build-up though
I love the look of this and really tempted by it. The only thing that bothers me is black writing on a black background! I don't understand why the backs either weren't red, or the writing was red. Black on black just isn't visual enough imo.

I think this is a great idea to do to get people to know each other, but the effect part is too obvious, in my opinion. To use a Craig Petty quote, it wouldn’t fool a blind monkey. The continuous alternating procedure gives away the method.
Good thing I haven't performed this for a blind monkey yet !! 😂

Really ???? Putting a question card with yes written on the back on the yes card and if the answer is no putting it in the discard pile ? And the negative spectator if he answers no put the question card on the No card and if the answer is yes put it in the discard pile ??? Alternating cards with yes and no written on the back you’ve got to be joking where is the magic ??? What a pile of rubbish 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

This looks awesome, and the idea of a new skin on OOTW is cool, I'm just having a hard time visualizing use cases outside of game night at my house, and even then it seems kind of an awkward insertion of a HA! magic trick ending into what the spectator thought was more of an intimate personality sharing type game. I couldn't see this fitting naturally in a close-up or walk-around scenario (Parlor, maybe?) Am I wrong?

Based on your review, I now have this effect as a part of my repertoire. However, I have an outcome for all my effects that the spectator must answer the question "why should/do I care that you can _____________?". Maybe the answer could be that I can now better develop a report with your personality. I am still not completely happy with that answer. Your thoughts?

This sounds like it works on the same principle as White Star by Jim Critchlow, which uses pictures of passengers on the Titanic, so it's a bit of a spooky effect that's perfect for Halloween. Also, I designed the (newer) set of cards for it.

Thanks for sharing this! The timing was perfect, I saw it yesterday and offered it one of my customers today. :-) But I have a question: I would need that in German. I guess it should be possible to by Chris version for the understanding and his handling of the effect. And for German cards I could buy the original game and write on the back of the cards myself to use them for the effect. Is that correct? (Maybe you could add the information if this can be done in other languages too to your review of such tricks in general?) Thanks!
there is no original game .... this is not a real game. Plus the cards have marks on the front that indicate the message on the back

What I would like it this on a stripper deck, i get them to write on yes and no on each, on yes one, no, have them shuffle and then strip and faro.

If brought this to a party would you be able to actually play the game before or after showing the trick? I mean do the yes and no on the bak of the cards make sense in a card game? It seems like it would be very awkward if you showed this trick and then people wanted to paly the game and you said no.
I suppose you could play the game AFTER once people had seen the backsides

You can actually play the game before too, as there is no need to show the backs of cards during play. So yes to both :)

It's seems like a big box to carry round off the cuff, this seems like an effect that has to be carried in a show case.
Not sure if it's for me but I will say that Chris Rawlins in my experience has the best customer care in all my years of magic.

It’s little bigger than a pack of cards. Wouldn’t worry in that regards. And it is a KILLER effect. So very clever.
