Making Yakisoba Japanese food Stir-fried noodles yakisoba

*Making yakisoba
Ingredients
1 bag of yakisoba noodles, 1 handful of cabbage, 1/5 onions, 1T of pine green onion,
1 handful of katsuobushi, 1 egg yolk, 1 string of bacon
1)Cut the cabbage into big pieces and cut it about 6cm long
Chop the onion and cut the bacon into 2cm pieces.
2)Add 1T oyster sauce, 1T mirim, 1T tsuyu, 1/2T sugar, and 1/2T Japanese pork cutlet sauce
Please make the yakisoba sauce.
3)Stir-fry bacon, cabbage, and onion in a heated pan
4)Add the yakisoba noodles and yakisoba sauce and stir-fry.

You can make the yakisoba sauce if you have ingredients at home
It's also delicious if you stir-fry it with commercially available yakisoba sauce or okonomiyaki sauce.
