Because of you I bought some items from Dress Up Your Purse. Sorry I didn’t use your code because there was a 35% off $150 code. Then I watched Yota’s video and immediately headed to LV to buy a bunch of monogram canvas SLGs. And because of both of you I ended up throwing in the Kiragami set. First time buyer of anything luxury. The SA also pulled out a mini pochette accessoires in bicolor monogram leather. FOMO made me buy it, but I don’t regret it.
Great great video, packed with information. That medium pouch though. Cant think of a thing that I want to use it for since I dont have a passport. I dont want to "waste" it on something unuseful to me, so there it sits. If I ever find my covid immunizarion card, maybe I'll put it in there for safekeeping. Lol

Loved your reaction to the passport holder, it was an emphatic "nice!" Yay to surprise DUYP goodies! Now to watch the comparison... I definitely prefer my mini DUYP pouches to the mini LV pouch, I should try the larger sizes too.
I suspect Dress up your purse may be sending their good quality items to influencers... I ordered a mini pochette dupe in the hot pink it came and I was so disappointed, wrinkled leather, crooked stitching, crooked (diagonal in fact) zipper, at your suggestion I contacted Dress Up My Purse and received a response. After sending photos of the item, the owner (I think) said she was so disappointed, would find out who put it together so badly and would send a “perfect” replacement... the replacement arrived and was WORSE than the original!!! I am so thankful I only ordered one item as opposed to the many I had originally wanted.
I'm really sorry to hear that. I a lot of people who have ordered from DUYP and who haven't had issues. I hope you contacted Melodie about the second pouch, too. I get the impression that she does really care about the quality of her merchandise and making sure customers are happy.
i m so sorry for your experience, but i do not send good quality items to the influencers and choose bad ones for my customers. I had indeed a big issue with a few pochette, and i removed them all from sale, and making them again. I always propose a refund or a replacement for everything. I think i remember your case and asked my assistant to check well the new one. I don't think you wrote me back for that but if you do for sure you will receive a full refund. (and the crafter that made the faulty pochette has been fired as well), the issue is now solved and all my faulty ones have been removed from sale (i didn't realize at first there was this thing). But you shouldn't imagine that i do ship good items to influencer and bad to c ustomers, that would be such a wrong way to do business.

On the small and medium pouches that come with a chain, can you remove them?? This is the only reason I have paused and hesitated when looking to buy them. I am not a fan of it at all. It just seems bulky and unnecessary.

and trust me , on the behind, this bad issue with my pochette made me super super anxious and i had a big fight with my team to find out the issue.
