SBLSD high school students learn to support each other through mental health first aid training

Hear from Sumner-Bonney Lake School District counselors and students about the impact of teen Mental Health First Aid training. The training was implemented for the first time in the 2023-24 school year and teaches teens how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among their friends and peers.
