Excited to watch you organise your new little space and then move in to your new build. Currently living in a 1 bedroom unit with 2 under 2 (it's hectic!) but building a 5 bedroom home on half n acre. I need help and your videos are super motivating. Thank you for being real and down to earth!

Girl how do you keep up wow you always have so much on the go that I’m overwhelmed 😂😂. Well one good thing about moving into the unit you can put almost everything in storage and only use what you need that’s we did until we found a house I actually enjoyed it to a point not so much to clean but we don’t have children to account for so it was definitely a lot easier for us pair of old fogies lol. Love your vlogs Steph. Great to see that smile. 😊
I quit coffee like 8 years ago and my anxiety is way better. I was able to quit biting my nails and sleep soo much better.

I have been working on cutting out caffeine knowing it’s in your system for over ten hours is just all the reason for horrible sleep patterns! I am down to 1 coffee a day before 11am hopefully soon down to nothing ❤❤

I gave up coffee but switched out to x2 black teas instead. It was easy. First day was the hardest, then day 3 i felt no different, no side affects, no headaches and I had more energy. We convince ourselves we need coffee but we don’t.

Hey there! Love the determination to cut out caffeine, but I just thought I'd mention that decaf coffee still has caffeine and so do many other things that we consume regularly, lots of teas have caffeine, chocolate has caffeine... so I'm not sure if you're just specifically cutting out your regular coffee intake or if you are trying to quit it completely, but it's worth doing some research into the things that naturally contain caffeine, cause you might actually still be consuming quite a bit of it without realising?
