God recently revealed to me actually that a person can be a Christian and also believe incorrect doctrine, because we are never completely sinless in this life and we were saved as sinners. The only incorrect doctrine that is unacceptable is the 'unforgivable sin' that the Bible speaks of, which is the belief that the Holy Spirit is an evil spirit; the Bible says if you call yourself a Christian but believe this you will still definitely go to hell. But as for people of different Christian denominations and even Catholics, if the person knows God, even if they believe some wrong doctrine, they are still saved. The 144,000 though, will be virgins, ie, they will believe correct doctrine, which is that only Gods Word is true and acceptance is only through Christ, there is no relevance for Calvin and his book, for example. Some churches read Calvin quotes during service, as they would scripture from the Bible..and some people for example think it's ok for women to be preachers, which is wrong, but these people will still be saved if they know God. And some people like orthodox include sacraments in their worship but even though this is wrong they will still be saved if they know God apart from these distractions. But it goes without saying that if you do things like a Christian but don't actually know God then you will go to hell, fake Christians do everything to impress other people rather than to please God.

But what about false prophets and teachers that also claim to heal people in Jesus' name?
