    The new criminal law (BNS) has replaced the unconstitutional Section 124A with a more ambiguous & vague definition of deshdroh (treason), posing a severe threat to citizens liberty. The law introduces duplication of offenses like attempt, abetment, & conspiracy, with increased punishment up to death or life imprisonment.
    This raises concerns about the government's intentions & creates fear amongst businesses in India, about the unintended consequences of such laws. The government's hasty passage of the bill without any discussion has led to doubts about its ground effects.
    The new law contains draconian provisions that reinforce a colonial mindset, increasing control & suppressing citizens liberty. The government's actions, such as recruiting corrupt politicians from opposition parties & using laws to target opponents without evidence, are hypocritical & ironic.
    Various issues, like poorly made roads, fake babas causing stampedes, & custodial deaths in police stations, remain unaddressed. The ruling party's actions, such as silencing RTI activists & protecting corporations, indicate a shift towards a regime state.
    Characteristics of ruling party remaking a country into a regime:
    1. Tell our powers are being taken away by a compartively smaller group
    2. Disregard for human rights
    3. Laws supporting religious interests
    4. Disproportionate military spending when nation's needs are acute
    5. Justifying by calling it national security
    6. Manufacturing a perception of party members as defenders of faith & opposition as godless
    7. Protecting corporations
    8. Neglecting the poor
    9. Labeling artistsacademicians as elites
    10. Allowing businesses & powerful people to make extraordinary profits by exploiting their positions
    11. Spreading fear of traitors to grant unchecked power to cops for more abuse
    12. Labeling journalists as unpatriotic
    13. Mob attacks on innocent individuals
    14. Belief in secret global conspiracies

    How can Politicians Amend Criminal Law ? When it's not even their work to do ? And that too without any Debate and Consultation in Parliament ?

      rss have said that India's Constitution needs to be rewritten from scratch. rss vivek oberoi had written on mint newspaper on independence day regarding bjp to change the constitution

    Whatever you do, the judges are he'll bent on their Tareekh pe Tareekh culture. Unless they are held accountable for delays, their salaries stopped they will not improve
